    My procedure was on June 21st, 2023. From the initial check in through to my discharge, all the individuals who assisted me through to discharge were kind, polite and most professional. The entire staff and those in the operating room were pleasant and made me feel at ease. Great service and care. R. Joseph Hatin

    The person who drew my blood appeared to not to be an expert on drawing my blood. He could not fine a vein in my right arm. He drew my blood in my left hand which was extremely painful. The nurse stated the hand he put my IV was not sufficient for what she needed. She had to draw my blood again in my right arm. The nurse had no problem finding my vein in my right arm. She was able to insert the needle into my right arm. The way she inserted the needle into my right arm was not painful. The nurse did an excellent job with drawing my blood without any pain.

    I was hounded in 2 days I received 4 phone calls about my share of Bill after insurance. You wanting Mr to pay up front. I DO NOT PAY BILLS UPFRONT. I need to receive a paper bill and after I examine the I proceed to pay it off. As it turned out I was accepted for financial aid. So I didn't have to pay anything. All you accomplished was to stress me out and give me anxiety. For the future you are being told I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING IN ADVANCE . Same on you!!!!

    Both women were efficient and explained what was going to happen. And they were very personable and so kind. Just the way people should be to a patient ready for surgery or not having surgery!! :D

    Anthony from Radiology, Chrissy and Eden from Ultrasound, and I do not know the name of the young lady from cytotechnology. They made this procedure so calming and easy to get done. They made my anxiety reduced by how they all got along together and were able to include the patient when doing the procedure. Highly recommend this team of 4 if I ever have to have this done again. All went above and beyond in my eyes.

    From registration to the entire procedure all staff members were kind, helpful and attentive to my needs and comfort. I felt very safe and secure. Thank you for your great staff. 👍

    As we all know hospital visits are not something we look forward to. Bay Care succeeds in making them much easier to handle. I have never met any BayCare employee that does not make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Thank you to all BayCare employees.

    Total professional environment technician was excellent, I had surgery less than 15 hours prior and he was very concerned of my comfort level. Make sure I was not hurting. Great job. Thank you once again for your care.

    The whole team was excellent!! Amber, Sophia, Anthony and Kevin were very competent and helpful! They made sure I was comfortable and at ease. I loved the lighthearted feel in the room, all the while keeping their focus and concentration on their jobs. They explained everything and were very efficient. I was finished in very quick order and escorted back to exit. An example of outstanding teamwork!!

    Patricia was so wonderful. She felt like a friend that I hadn’t met yet! She put me completely at ease which isn’t so easy because I have a bad anxiety disorder and PTSD. A plus for Patricia ☺️ Trula did an amazing job collecting my blood and was lovely and I am so grateful for her work. Brice who did my X-rays was polite, kind and professional so he hit a home run with me!

    I was with several different people during my appointment for pre-testing for breast cancer surgery. Everyone was very kind, polite, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. They made me feel at ease and comfortable with my visit.

    The staff from reception, registration, and the techs were great. My illness is severe and the techs were so careful assisting with getting me on and off the table and arranged for a wheelchair. Thank you!

    Entered the East entrance of the Doyle Tower. It's beautiful and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The medical team that did my procedure were kind, compassionate, informative and on point.
