I ordered strawberry Acai refresher from palm cost location. I mostly time order this drink with out water or lemonade. It's first time starbucks extra charge with out water or lemonade for this drink. But if they changed policy is ok. But thing is even I didn't add any in the drink, drink flavor was so light. I don't know why drink is not valuable. And that store drive thru screen not even work, and person didn't give any info for extra charge

3 stars because my drink was good. The service, not so much. Stephanie was unpleasant. She didn't greet me when I arrived at the window and did everything to avoid eye contact. Said the amount and scanned my app. Walked off a few times then said, "she's making it." Eventually handed me my drink and did not say a word before or after I thanked her. I waited a moment to see if she would say, "thanks for coming to Starbucks," but nothing. I hate to equate things to race but racism is real. She certainly did not treat the gentleman before me the same way. This is NOT the service I'm accustomed to from Starbucks. Won't be back to this location.

There's no consistency with Starbucks anymore. Try ordering the same thing as different locations - your drink will be different every time. The biggest misinterpretation is iced coffee. Iced coffee with sweet cream - nobody seems to know how or what that is at most Starbucks locations now. I had to explain in detail "it's iced coffee with sweet cream" You want cream and sugar in that? Iced coffee with sweet cream please. Vanilla sweet cream? No, Iced coffee with sweet cream. You're sure? Yes, I'm sure.

I used to be a partner, this is supposed to be a peppermint latte but it’s halfway full, and to be honest it’s completely unacceptable and not the first time this stores done this. I’m not sure if the barista did not steam enough milk and just overcompensate with whipped cream (not showing cause it melted)but regardless I think your store needs some more training when steaming milk for peoples lattes that they pay $7 for.

I stopped in for a quick coffee & witnessed an employee named Diane going above and beyond. She came out from behind the counter to comfort a customer who was having a bad day. After giving the woman a hug, Diane paid for her drink. It was a genuine moment of people caring for one another and it really moved me - especially when I saw the sign below. It is their Store Purpose, and Diane embodied it today. **Edited to Add: Diane is the Store Manager. What a great example of a Caring Leader for her team!**

Prompt, friendly service. I brought a reusable cup to use. The drink I ordered was accidentally prepared in a normal, clear plastic cup. When I pointed out that I had my reusable cup there, the barista filled it too, with a second drink - free of charge. The wifi was good and the high table had power outlets, which allowed me to spend a few hours working in the café.

Made my drink with regular vanilla instead of sugar free. Also asked for ONE pump of hazelnut. Received more than that. Paid $8 and tipped $2 for a drink I couldn’t drink. I was already at work. Very disappointed as this isn’t the first time. Money to waste.

This is the best Starbucks that I have ever been to. The service is always fast, and my drinks are always perfect. Frank is my favorite barista. He is always so kind to the customers. I love when I hear his voice say, "Welcome to Starbucks, may I take your order".

While I do not love Starbucks coffee, found ourselves with 30 minutes to kill, so we decided to grab a coffee and sit in the AC while we waited. One thing I've always appreciated at this location is the superb customer service and friendliness of all the employees. I haven't been here in maybe a year, and this still hasn't changed. Well done.

The coffies are good the service over all is good all though there are some people who aren't as good as other. It all depends on which night you go. Overall the location is clean. Most of the employees are nice. The coffee and the pastries are good

I don't know what's going on with them but the last few times we went we tried the new Frozen drink, because we get the non Frozen kind so we thought it would be good we could not even force herself to drink that's how bad it was. Then the other day I went there and got the drink I love and I always get religiously and it was absolutely awful 😞

Best Starbucks in Flagler County. Staff are exceptional with service, friendly and professional. Whether we dine in or drive through the service is always the same.
