What a joke! I ordered food for 40 people for my office, and it was a mess. I ordered sandwiches/wraps and 2 large salads. First off, there were no plates, forks, servicing utensils, or napkins. How are you supposed to fix and enjoy a salad without those basic necessities? When I had my catering service contact them to find out why they weren’t delivered, they said it was due to a shortage with their vendor, and they wouldn’t provide those things for catering. I spent almost $400 on food. You couldn’t run out to Publix to get those for this order? Seriously!!! Second, the salad was delivered on disposable tray platter tops. Come on, what a joke of a restaurant. Won’t ever use them again, and will tell my entire company not to use them for any more meetings. If you’re reading this, just don’t do it. It’s not worth it.

What an awful experience. My wife ordered online and spoke to an associate who told her it would be done in 10 minutes. I showed up around 13 minutes later to th open sign being on but the door was locked. I tried to explain that my wife paid for her smoothie and i was here to pick it up. They ignored me and probably took the shake home. What poor and deplorable customer service and representatives for a great company. This should not happen to anyone. At other locations they have honored the order and had it ready to go. Do better Palm Coast store.

2023-08-26: I got the Acai Berry Boost smoothie and a three cheese chicken Quesadilla. Both were very good. Google Maps will take you around in circles and still won't get you there.

Always a good alt to morning coffee... def more nutrient-stacked, 'fuel food' & 'better bang for my buck'. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable & usually quick getting Smoothies &/or food out, even while preparing DoorDash & Call-in orders. Traveling down from Jacksonville had stopped by starbucks, but they were closed, so I made a stop at Tropical Smoothie and ordered an Avocalada. They would of gotten 5 stars, but they turned off their stove early, so I wasn’t able to order a quesadilla.

The smoothies are pretty good at this location of Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The staff was very friendly and made our smoothies perfect.

This is a great location. I come by when I am in town about once a week and the employees are so friendly and the smoothies are always made well. Thank you!!!!!

It was 8:50pm and we were rejected by that worker stating “we are closed for smoothies for the day” while the gentleman behind me ordered and got his order made. Why the laziness with these workers?
