Chill little place. The best beer on tap was the peanut butter porter in my opinion. The food was good. The burger was a pre Pattied burger. The burger came out hot and I up-charged for 1 dollar to parm fries. They were disappointing and cold. I should have sent the Back but no one asked how our food was. The burger had a strange amount of fennel on the meat. Not a big fennel fan.

Today I had time to actually get to sit and somewhat mingle and enjoy the place rather than just be in a rush to get to my next destination and I will say it was even better than the first time around. Even though this place is nicer than most upscale places in downtown Chicago it has the most down to earth patrons and owners! I started off trying a few different types of pale ales and ended up drinking a very wonderful Ciderboys Pineapple tonight. The other day it was a mimosa! I was very impressed with not only the creaminess of the s’morey polvich, but also the citrusy finish of the big sexy. I was completely in love with (it’s so hard to say it without laughing) theze nutz. It was very nutty(like the name suggests) and had a very earthy roundness. I could go on and on for days about the brew. But I am most definitely a foodie! If your not so much a drinker, they make a perfectly good house root beer that is non alcoholic to go with an array of different types of menu items. From friggin awesome tacos on Tuesday(like tonight), to the ever wonderful Cuban that was so filling I took half home with me! Everything that came out looked so dang good I wanted to try a bit of everything. With the prices being so incredibly reasonable, I probably could have. This place doesn’t have a 5 page menu, but what I’ve learned over the years is the places that do, usually make one or 2 good items and the rest are eh.... well this place isn’t one of those places. Everything they bring out with make you over eat. I don’t care what diet you are on! Then you’re gonna want to try some of your neighbors! Look I could go on and on and on about everything. The bathrooms are cleaner than most peoples homes I’ve been to. Then they are very very very sanitary! You guys know me always watching. These guys are so awesome that I took my eyes off of them and actually enjoyed myself for once!!! I have found my new spot! You guys should totally try this place out when you have a quick moment or even a nice event like a Christmas party for the office!!! You may even just see me hanging out! I put my absolute stamp of approval on this place and I don’t do that often! I would totally recommend! Cleanliness 5+ Location 5+ Prices 5+ Quality 5+ Customer service 5+++

Server was prompt and friendly. The beer selection is also pretty good, but you'll catch some FFF vibes from some of the tastes. The food and the setting are the real winners here though. I've tried something new here everytime and haven't been disappointed yet. My favorite is the pot roast grilled cheese, but today I had their Turkey Panini which was very tender and the bread satisfyingly crunchy (I did add some yellow mustard, but Dijon mustard with this sandwich would be amazing). Their patio is great and has cornhole (bags) available if you want to play. Usually this is a pretty chill place to hang out on a summer night.

I live relatively close to this joint, so I was really hoping they would impress me. I’d say I was pretty impressed! The inside was open and I was able to get a good view of basically the whole place. My girlfriend and I were able to seat ourselves here, so we chose a small table near the corner. Privacy is always a nice thing when eating in public for me. Our server came to us fairly fast. I drank a cup of water and even another later on. They were decent and most importantly, free! We ordered a 12 oz. WuDuYa Want Me to Do Draft beer and also a 12 oz. Mornin’ James Draft beer. I enjoyed the WuDuYa Want Me to Do more than the Mornin’ James, as it was a reddish, fruity drink, opposed to the James being a really dark brew. The James definitely packed a bang and was still enjoyable! Weirdly, I think I would have enjoyed it more if it was infested with sugar. I’m not bashing it, though. I’d recommend drinking it after your meal, since it tasted just like coffee. I ordered a Chili with Onions, Cheese, and Sour Cream. For my main piece, I ordered the Wildrose Pub Burger. I got Fries with it. The chili was fantastic! It came with crackers, which added even more enjoyment to it. I almost ordered another, but I decided against it since I still had a burger ahead of me. The burger came out looking delicious. The fries were piled high. The whole ensemble was tasty! The meat was fresh and easy to the bite. The flavors on this thing really came alive! The fries were a good chew throughout. They pretty much finished my appetite off. The service was steady throughout my visit. Our server got us everything we needed in a timely fashion. I don’t have any complaints in that area. Overall, this was a cool little spot to experience. I’d say their food was gourmet and they seemed to take pride in everything they did here. I can’t wait to come back again! Date of visit: 01/05/2023

Chill brewpub playing 90's alternative. Plenty of outdoor seating and wide open space.

Great brewery with great beer and food! Lemme tell ya, if you like dark beers, porters, stouts etc., this place is the bomb! They are, in my opinion, the best dark beer brewery around! I had 4 different dark beer( 2 porters and 2 stouts) and they were all frikkin delicious! They do have plenty of other beers on tap if you are not a dark beer drinker so don't let this dark beer review prevent you from coming here!! I totally recommend this establishment to any beer lover! The food was also great. I had a pot roast grilled cheese sammy and my lady had the Cuban sammy and we both loved our meals. Again, come check this place out you won't be disappointed.

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. We sat outside, which was comfortable even in the hot weather. The buffalo dip was fantastic. I was happy with the beers I had. Would definitely reco.

First time there. Appetizers were amazing! Cheese curds hand breaded. Wings were fantastic. Samantha, bartender, says they smoke them onsite. She was so pleasant & helpful. Great food & service! Will definitely be back soon!!

Decent selection of cold beer. The burger I ordered was just ok. It wasn't bad, but not the best I ever had. The fries were a bit over seasoned, but they seem to be fresh cut, which is good. My partner had the tacos, which were the days special. She said they were very good. The service was adequate. They do have an outside patio, which is nice on a pleasant weather day.

First of all I have to say that this was my first time there. I ordered a pulled pork BBQ sandwich on a brioche bun. The sandwich was the best I EVER had. The sandwich was so full that it was actually heavy in weight. It was hot when I got it and even my last bite was still hot. I must also say that if you love BBQ pulled pork this is the place to go. I will be back. Hats off to the chef. Awesome job

I dropped in for just a short visit, but the service was good and the place seemed pretty nice to me. There were plenty of cans to-go too. The porter, Theze Nuts, was phenomenal; it’s definitely one of my favorite porters now.

Beer was a good mix between IPAs, lighter drafts, and stouts, which made the dark-beer lover in me happy. The food was decent - nothing to write home about...and the service was a little subpar. We were there on a Thursday night and had two individuals waiting and bartending the bar and patio, which seemed incredibly overwhelming for them, and definitely delayed service.

Stopped in for the first time this afternoon, Samantha was our bartender and she was amazing. We only had one beer and grabbed some to go beers, but Samantha really makes me want to go back.

Wild rose Brewing never disappoints. Very low key atmosphere with a great variety of in-house beers that offer not only a good variety but specials for each month or seasonal brews. The food is excellent and the standard menu dishes never disappoint and there are also specials that help keep regulars interested in eating here often.

I will start off my saying the food in this establishment is truly amazing and they work hard to bring you the best they can to your plate. But I will also state that you should not bring your opinions to this brewery without expecting the threat of being kicked out out of here. Very unprofessional attitude when talking about customers or dealing with customers. I personally said how amazing the food was and that I return time after time for it but mention another breweries beer selection and it's a sin and gets you kicked out. I understand all businesses are for themselves but take some criticism of a repeat returning customer and listen to their opinions and think of options. Don't like your opinion, your barred....Mind you, the 2 stars is because the food is fantastic.
