This place is so relaxing. Came for Saturday morning yoga then used the salt room then the sauna and HIGHLY recommend. Excellent yoga instructor(Erica), salt room was so relaxing with the music, then sweat fest in the sauna. The shop is adorable. Wonderful range of gifts-plants, books, jewelry, candles, crystals, among so much more. Go, your mental health will thank you💓

This was such a fun night!!! We made candles and a flower arrangement, went in the sauna and the salt room and had some delicious vegan food!! Spectacular evening with friends!! We’ll definitely go to the next Wellness night!!

My friend and I went for the salt room and sauna. It was the perfect combination for relaxation and stress relief! We are excited to go back again because it literally felt like a whole spa day or a warm vacation. The store is super fun to explore too and we found the best gifts for ourselves and others. Erica was a joy to talk to and very helpful. I highly recommend a trip there!

When I first starting coming here, I loved it so much I started working here! It was my first time trying yoga, and I was very nervous. I shortly realized this was a welcoming space, and Erica made me feel very comfortable. The products with a purpose reassure me I'm purchasing the best gifts for those I love. If you have't been here, you need to come!

A secret slice of heaven! The shop has something for everyone from crystals, jewelry and cool gifts to a fantastic book store with empowering authors. I felt that each artist was thoughtful selected and I appreciated the bio for shopping local. The wellness offerings are great - Hatha yoga is the best for all levels, especially beginners. I'm excited to try the sauna, much needed for winter blues.

I love the Iron Cactus! I have done a group cleanse hosted by Erica, attended the amazing Galentines event, and frequent the shop to buy products with a purchase as much as possible. It is a welcoming atmosphere, they have so much knowledge and are always happy to share!

Immediately entering there and was a welcoming energy. There is so much to explore in the shop I could have spent hours there. I left with a few great jems and can't wait to go back! This was my first time in a sauna and it was very relaxing and I highly recommend it. Next time I will try a class.

I did the Yoga and Meditation class and found it very helpful! I love taking the classes and plan on taking more. I am very excited to try the salt room and saunas! I love all the crystals and books for sale, and so many more things for I want to buy!

Great local business. Erica really cares about her products and other offerings and there is intention behind each of her store items. She spent a lot of time showing me the place, answering questions, and had a really great energy that you could feel. Caring about products offered, where they came from, and who made them is a rarity nowadays, and providing services to help people grow alongside that is even rarer. Definitely a place moving the world in the right direction and worth supporting. The energy of the place filled me with a feeling of belonging, peace, and harder to describe a sense that I was in the right place? I purchased both a pillow and blanket, and love them, and will have to be back to check to check out the events, classes, and other fun stuff!! Even if you aren't into the classes or other offerings, definitely pop in, meet a local business owner who cares, and browse the wonderful eclectic selection!

Saturday was my first experience at The Iron Cactus and it was an amazing one. They were running their fall fest event. I was welcomed immediately upon entry to the woman running their vegan cafe (opening soon). The staff was so inviting without being overbearing. No one hovered, but made sure you knew they were there if you had any questions. I was lucky enough to receive a reading from Julie Humphreys in the salt room. The salt room alone was a unique experience and I will most certainly be back for that. The energy I felt immediately upon stepping into the salt, was amazing. Pair that with an unbelievably gifted intuitive reader..no words. It was the best reading I have had to date. Julie was and is so connected to her spiritual team and was on point. I am not much of a yogi but am very interested in taking a class here, which says a lot. I can’t say enough about my experience and the staff. It is definitely worth popping in, even if for the gift shop or salt room alone.

This shop is amazing. The products are made locally and sustainably. I love the chai chocolate tea. I will be visiting the Iron Cactus again for sure.

I love the store, I have been using essential oils and healthy healing for awhile now. I also love my sweatshirt. It’s so soft. I wish I lived closer.
