Was on a trip to Sally’s to get hair dye when I realized I left too early and they were closed, so I decided to go get coffee. Went inside and I was immediately impressed. Building very clean with an interesting diner style café design and very polite staff. Got a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Veggie Egg White Bites to try. Very nice, and will be back when I’m in the area. :)

For starters I do not care if you the 20 something year old brunette working here on 6/30/23 at 415pm running drive thru "just makes minimum wage and do not want to reclean the machine" that you did too early. Everyone who has ever applied and worked at Dunkins knows that is what they pay. I have chosen a job with this company all over NH multiple times because a job is a job BUT I have never tried to refuse making something for a CUSTOMER , which is your job, because of ANY reason nevermind the fact that I cleaned the machine 3 hours before closing. You don't want to serve people and think you aren't paid enough to do the job you were offered and accepted, then go find a new one. Dunkin Donuts is known for their products so get on board or beat feet they don't need to put up with employees like you. For corporate, I hope you teach this younging a lesson about CUSTOMER SERVICE. Oh BTW I ordered and paid for 2 hash browns with my order so pay attention to your customers and not the guys Dunkin Donuts it's not a place to meet your next hookup.

Always a good experience here! The staff are quick and very polite. I definitely prefer this location over others in the area

Went to this location and they are not accepting cards! You’re losing sales. I left disappointed and empty handed.. plus there were fruit flies on the donuts.. gross….

It’s 3:20pm my long day just ended but this girls didn’t. There were 3 or 4 boys working the food and drive thru while this chick ran around from counter taking orders to making the drinks herself. Amazing how quick she made 3 drinks in 2 mins and made them CORRECTLY. She was communicating to customers and employees kindly, sternly, and respectively. 10/10 employee for Dunkins. HIRE MORE OF THESE PEOPLE!!

Had a conversation with girl earlier in the day on afternoon shift not wanting to brew coffee, well I guess maybe this might get someone’s attention!!! Tell your employees they work at a coffee shop, you need to brew coffee at a coffee shop, don’t tell the customer your out of the single most important product!!!

I know u guys probably don't even read those reviews to speak to staff but gonna do write it.. I just left the store that suppose to be open till 10 pm, I asked if they have croissants they said no ok I understand but do you guys have hashbrown they also told me no they don't. I have work for DD before we always have these frozen stuffs but she later told me I cannot order anything other than muffins really .. I was there at exactly 8:56 and the store closes at 10 pm.. sale or not they still getting pay ..
