Rude, Ignorant, focused on drive thru only……

By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve gone to. The kid with the big gaping earring holes has a bad attitude and needs it adjusted. Then the three fat girls just sit there and talk trash about customers.then the manager of Patty well she’s a clown herself. I’ve put in multiple complaints to cooperate about this location with zero response.. stood in line one time for 12 minutes waiting for a medium iced coffee. My sandwiches came out in about two minutes and then waited another 12 for my one coffee and then when I asked about it, I was given an attitude mind you they were pumping out peoples coffees who were standing in line behind me. spend your money at a different Dunkin’ Donuts!

Very rude won’t let you finish your order Ariana you are rude and disrespectful and the lady at the window is rude how are you going to get mad at me because of your mistake?

Bunch of rude people. We sat at the counter for 10 minutes and the employees didn't even acknowledge us so we just ended up walking out and going somewhere else. We will never go back there again.

The drive through timing is amazingly fast, they get an order with 5 sandwiches and 3 drinks out just as fast as they get my one coffee out before work, always in a minute or less!! Always accommodating and staff is friendly. They definitely are putting a lot of effort in to give great fast service and I appreciate it!

Service is six afternoon but prices are way too high.

This place is horrible, they give you attitude when ur making sure they got your order correct, and then once they say they got it right they end up giving you the wrong order. i asked for a medium iced latte with 3 caramel swirls and 1 french vanilla, they gave me a medium iced latte with 4 caramel swirls. i then asked for a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese they gave me a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. it’s not that hard.. i used to work at dunkins as well, it shouldn’t be that hard to get an order right. and this sure isn’t the only time it’s happened at this dunkin.

The lady who was helping me was very rude and snappy and was insulting me to her coworker right in-front of me. Calling me all kinds of names while she made my sandwich. Unprofessional and should not be working in customer service.

they’re so dumb and can’t get an order right. the manager needs to step it up and figure out how to do their job and how to get these kids to do their jobs

Waited for 10 minutes when they were open there was no sign that they were doing drive through only there was one girl that looked at me than walked away and did it three times there wasn’t a sign saying drive through only
