Came in today for a consult for my pet and even though we are going through lockdown this Vet has handled everything so calmly and makes the experience so much more reassuring. Funny enough I am coming to leave this review, as the review just before me is completely incorrect as I witnessed the entire thing. The couple were extremely rude raising their voice and swearing at all staff there, even after admitting they agreed to have their cats ears reviewed they still complained about being charged for it. Considering police were called to escort them out I wouldn't trust the review below. I had an amazing experience and felt like my pet was extremely cared for. Thank you Hampton Park Vets!

Dr. Cameron is very good with animals. Friendly and helpful staff. Made my dog felt at home.

Always been a caring and professional vets. I will never ever take my pet anywhere else. Nothing is ever to much for them and you feel like a part of the family on top of that fantastic pricing.

Never bringing our pet here again! Poor service, receptionist is very RUDE. slow service, once waited a 1hour to see the vet. Overpriced! What’s the point of using the online booking system if you still need to call them? Defeats the purpose.. Recommend you take your pets somewhere else!

I love this VET clinic with all of my heart and so does my doggggyyy. Have been bringing Delko here since he came home with us in 2015. They have never failed to care for him so excellently. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. He has never been afraid of the vets, loves coming here and they make him feel so loved and spoiled. He’s a bit anxious after all the surgeries he’s had but they understand you and your babies like no other. Thank you to all the staff ♥️ From receptionists to the nurses and to the doctors. Cameron has been our family vet since he took over the practice in 2009, our fur babies are family members to us and their health and care is very important to us. We have also had a lot of rescue babies over the years with different health and anxiety issues. We leave all our appointments feeling satisfied that we have the answers we need and I am more then happy for our pets to be left on their own for daily procedures as I know they will be well taken care of.

This veterinary clinic/hospital is one of the best, most efficient ,clean, friendly and safe places that I have visited. Every staff member and the owner, all are well mannered, professional, very helpful, very friendly . I have always come out as a happy pet owner per every visit. Their pricing is great, surprise that other veterinary services are so very expensive ! Reliability is also important and they are highly reliable. Ño matter wha the concerns are, they have always been very helpful. Cameron is so understanding, so affectionate and he relates well to the pets in general. The environment is relaxed, which is very important for all types of pets. Timing is great, many places, we tend to wait a while but not a case here. Great and utmost care is provided especially for pets undergoing any treatment or surgery. Very highly recommend this Veterinary Hospital for every pet owner !! Visit once to see and compare the difference.

Truly the most Compassionate, caring pet Hospital I've been to in 28 year's. The staff are so friendly and very helpful and supportive and Dr Cameron is a God send to all pet's, great and small. Highly recommended if you truly love you pet's.

I have been attending this veterinary clinic for over 15 years maybe longer with all of my pets. I have never had a bad experience, both Dr Cameron and all the staff without mentioning each individual one they have all been fantastic, very helpful in their own way. They are very well trained, courteous, caring, efficient, and have a great service culture when dealing with my pets most difficult times over the years they have been there for me and showed nothing but genuine care and respect. HPVH have been my vet for all my fur babies for many years. Couldn’t ask for a more compassionate and understanding clinic. Always there when I need them, even if it just a quick question. Nothing is ever too big or small for them to go out of their way to help.

Our beautiful little Ruby a King Charles X has been looked after by the amazing staff at Hampton Park Vet since we got her 2 years ago. She has just delivered a litter of healthy puppies thanks to Dr Cameron and team. Following the birth the advice and support given has been invaluable.

A fantastic vet practice. They took the time to get to know my dog and listen to our needs, made long term recommendations and gave me lots of choices in terms of care. After my dog’s surgery I even received a follow up phone call the day after to check in on him. Both the admin and the medical team are A+.

Cannot recommended highly enough!! They are so compassionate, caring and professional. Have been looking after our fur baby for over 8 years and we certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Best clinic ever. The people that works here really cares about animals no matter their species. I have taken my dogs, birds even a pigeon who adopted us and other clinics would not even touch and told me to let her die. My dog j(Buddy) just passed away and even took the time to send us flowers with a card. Thank you guys for all you do, wish you the best for 2024.

Absolutely horrendous service! My cat and I are loyal patience of 5 years at this clinic. Each time I’ve come there has ALWAYS been an issue, constant over fee’s for unnecessary issues. Each time I come there’s different advice as to what was told to me prior, definitely not knowledgeable on what is going on in terms to my cats health. Dr Cameron always avoids my questions when I am curious on what “tests” are actually needed and just looks into it for the $$$ when I question about prices you can tell he is shocked and never gives the best price possible. It’s all for the money. No care nor any empathy towards my cat. He has high anxiety and is never treated with that in mind. He has had surgeries here before, you’d think they’d take these traumatic incidents into consideration and make his visits as comfortable as possible? But no. Each time it is very scary for him and Dr Cameron NEVER try’s to make my cat feel comfortable, it’s truely upsetting. My last visit was horrible! He took my cat to do a blood test without my consent just picked him up and mumbled away. He was only meant to come in for his yearly vaccinations mind you. They took longer than usual. The nurse came in the room to take his cage no words spoken to me about how my cat is doing. Only to come back in the room with him in his cage frightened as ever I’ve NEVER heard him hiss or meow with such terror. Dr Cameron came to tell me he had to get him out from under the cupboard with A MOP… a mop? You can just imagine the stress my cat was under. Dr Cameron could’ve just politely asked me to come in the room to collect my cat rather than opting out to get him with a mop! Very very VERY unprofessional, I can’t believe a vet with so called “years of experience and knowledge” decided that this was the best solution. He then decided to prescribe calming meds (without my consent once again just thinking of any ways he can make some extra $$$) when he sent me a the terms and conditions of the medication and as to why my cat needed it there were so so so many other options to make my cats visit that much easier but these options were never provided beforehand or brought to my attention, even though his other visits were almost just as stressful for him. I am truely disappointed and feel horrible for putting my cat through this. Please DO NOT take your pets here. And if you do please look into further what Dr Cameron recommends before making any final decision. He is very untrustworthy. Will not be a returning loyal customer anymore!

I would like to thank all the staff at Hampton Park Veterinary Hospital for their expertise, support and kindness shown to not only our precious dog Simba but to us as well. I have called many times to ask questions about concerns I’ve had being a first time dog owner and spoke to Jacqui Diaz on these occasions who has been extremely patient, empathetic and informative due to obviously great knowledge and experience. This is what customer service is and should be about. Well done Jacqui! You have asked me to take my post down but I will edit it. No compassion or flexibility not even for regular customers. I booked an appointment online that was to take place in less than 24 hours. You called while I was working and I could not answer it. When I eventually was able to check my phone you were closed. You called me before you had opened. I was driving to take my child to school. it was too late by then my appointment was given to someone else. What’s the point of booking online? Please add the check out and payment option to your online booking system or remove this altogether to make a phone booking. In addition You should make it clear on your website what your cancellation/no show fees are. I’m finding a new vet.

Our poor pup injured his foot recently and on the x-ray day we were met with kind staff who reassured us about the day's procedure and what to expect. The experience we had with Dr Cameron was caring and helpful as it always has been for many years. He helped us understand the injury sustained and the possible outcomes to fix it. He put us at ease and that's always comforting during a stressful situation to do with our beloved pet, who gets a little anxious at times. We also appreciate the receptionist, Jackie, who went above and beyond to assist us with submitting an insurance claim. It was effortless and quick. Thank you to all the staff for being so understanding, patient and friendly to our family pet.
