I
have
been
with
Laurel
pediatrics
for
almost
2yrs
now
since
my
kids
had
to
transfer
from
a
group
of
well
established
Pediatricians
located
in
Baltimore
County.
Although
I
absolutely
loved
my
previous
Pediatrician,
with
three
kids
it
was
too
tiring
to
have
to
travel
so
far
when
one
of
them
got
sick,
and
I
reluctantly
switched
over
to
this
office.
I
donāt
leave
many
reviews,
and
I
am
always
understanding
of
people
w/customer
facing
jobsā
however,
I
can
honestly
say
that
this
office
has
disappointed
me
in
so
many
ways
that
I
regret
even
switching
my
kids
over.
1.
As
many
other
reviewers
mentioned,
the
office
staff
can
be
a
hit
or
miss
as
far
as
customer
service!
For
example,
I
called
today
āplease
holdā,
there
was
no
greeting
just
click
and
music.
When
the
person
finally
answered,
her
tone
was
already
unfriendly,
and
when
I
explained
to
her
that
I
was
following
up
with
Dr.
Ugo
she
tried
to
push
me
to
urgent
care
without
hearing
why
I
was
actually
calling
which
wasnāt
an
urgent
care
case
at
all.
2.
Secondly,
if
you
are
looking
for
a
doctor
that
can
build
a
relationship
with
your
child
and
get
to
know
them,
PLEASE
SKIP
THIS
OFFICE.
Although,
I
will
say
that
Dr.
Ugo
was
great
the
ONE
time,
yes
I
said
one
time
my
kids
actually
got
to
see
her.
She
is
only
there
1-2
days
a
week
and
you
would
think
the
office
would
at
least
schedule
yearly
annual
appointments
with
the
doctor.
However,
they
donāt.
I
get
that
you
may
get
a
nurse
practitioner
for
urgent
care/sick
visits.
3.
Thirdly,
this
office
bills
for
every
insignificant
thing.
For
example,
my
old
pediatrician
never
charged
a
co-pay
for
a
Wellness
visit
(I
have
same
insurance).
At
this
office,
during
the
Wellness
visit
after
they
deliberately
ask
you,
āis
your
child
having
any
issuesā
and
if
you
say
for
example
āthey
arenāt
sleeping
wellā,
they
will
charge
you
a
co-pay
and
bill
it
as
an
issue
or
problem.
While
not
addressing
it
during
that
visit.
I
thought
it
was
fraud
when
I
saw
the
bill!
My
previous
pediatrician
allowed
me
to
freely
discuss
any
issues
or
concerns
with
my
kids,
doing
a
wellness
without
suspiciously,
charging
it
to
the
insurance
as
some
kind
of
outside
issue
other
than
overall
well-being.
I
really
just
want
a
place
where
I
can
comfortably
bring
my
kids
and
feel
like
we
get
Chick-fil-A
service
lolā¦
I
totally
understand
all
places
have
good
days
and
bad
days
but
the
good
definitely
has
to
always
outweigh
those
bad
ones
to
make
me
feel
itās
worthwhile.
