We made a reservation for 20 (19 guest 1 birthday person.). When the reservation was made, arrangements were set for the party to be seated out of view to surprise the birthday girl. The part time weekend host REFUSED to honor the request that had been previously made. On top of that she then insulted one of my guest by asking did we call the right location meanwhile she was looking in the reservation book and reading the reservation. Clearly we called and reserved the proper location of it wouldn’t be in YOUR book. Meanwhile as empty as it was, there was no reason to not seat us. The birthday girl and wife dine here often and this is the thanks they received for being loyal customers. THANKS KABUTO not so much.

I would give them minus star If I could. Had to wait almost an hour before the chef showed up because they keep seating new guests to fill the table. The server named Lisa ignored us all the time, no refill for our drink. She was busy with other tables. She only checked us when we ready to leave and waited for the check with18% gratitude included on it, smh. So disappointing. Would never comeback again obviously!

5 stars for the food and the hibachi chef. Service was 1 star, she was not polite. We were celebrating a birthday and as we were still finishing our food asked if we wanted a box. Brought the boxes and our check. The guest next to us even were like “they have a birthday they might want dessert” before I could even say anything. They didn’t clear our plates so we had a pile of dirty dishes as we tried to enjoy our dessert. Ice cream was freezer burned. She kept coming over to get the check but wouldn’t take the dirty dishes. With gratuity included they just don’t care I guess.

The food was absolutely delicious. They give you so much food for what you pay in my opinion. We took trays of food togo. Everything was cooked perfect and seasoned well. Just like most habachi grills, they seat you with up to 5+ others at each grill but our experience with our dinner quest was very nice. We met a very nice couple who were also out for a lunch date. The chef makes the experience fun with their happy and bubbly style of cooking. Tossing shrimp through the air... onion choo-choo trains... and big fires that really warm things up, lol. We will definitely be returning. Our bill for 2 double combos, sushi, 2 drinks and gratuity, ran about $100 easy but we'll worth the treat. Follow more reviews @IG: Robthefoodguy @eat_n_critique

Update: came back from another Hibachi dinner. Still just as good, definitely recommended. -------- Lived in the area just over a year and hadn't visited. I wish I had sooner now. Great ambience and experience. Food was fantastic, left with a full belly and leftovers to spare. Definitely will be returning in the future with friends and family.

Had a really excellent experience here celebrating a birthday. Service was friendly and accommodating. I’m personally not really all *that* into the Hibachi show and stuff but it was a nice fun thing to try, and the hibachi chef did a great job keeping the energy up. More importantly (to me), the food was really good. Mushroom soup and a sesame dressing salad to start, both tasted great. Noodles, fried rice, scallops, filet mignon, shrimp, and veggies is what we ordered and all tasted really nice. Yum yum sauce and ginger dipping sauce provided for extra flavor. Employees were all really nice and attentive too.

The atmosphere was very nice. They were celebrating their one year anniversary so they had 2 for 1 specials. Had a Japanese Sunflower drink that was soo good. The Baltimore Roll was good too. They give you rice and noodles with the hibachi dishes.

I came across the happy hour at Kabuto a couple of weeks ago in a Google search. I was in the mood for sushi, but my usual spot was closed. I’m glad I found it! The happy hour prices are unbelievable. The food was delicious, the drinks were good and the service given by Trina was great! I went back this evening and had another great experience. Trina is awesome and I can’t overstate what a deal the happy hour prices are. I’m definitely adding this place as my go to spot for happy hour!

I made reservations and brought a party of 10 for dinner. It was a little expensive but well worth the price and the fun we had over the Christmas holidays. All the food were prepared exquisitely and no one had any complaints as to how good it tasted. With a party of 10 we had almost every duo combination on the menu. Will definitely come back again.

UPDATED FROM 5 STARS TO 1 STAR: We have loved this restaurant until today. We brought several friends to celebrate birthdays after receiving a postcard about BOGO meal during birthday month (upon presenting ID, no mention of bringing postcard - postcard pic attached) then only today's birthday was honored... After we had all ordered more expensive meals to cover the bday friends with mention of the birthday deal in advance and there was no mention of needing the coupon still. We talked to the incredibly rude and greedy manager Tony on the phone and will never come back. That said the staff was awesome like our bartender Trina and our chef Dee. End of day, if you can't honor your deals as promoted, choke on a noodle, Tony.

The sushi and drinks at Happy hour are a steal and are definitely worth coming for between 4 and 6 on weekdays and 3 to 6 on Friday and Saturday. The quality is top notch. Would definitely recommend for people looking for a good time on a budget. We got this platter of sushi plus wine and beer for only 40 dollars plus tip.

Absolutely my to go place, either for casual or special occasions dining 'experience'.. The food was tasty and flavourful.. The service was great, as always.. The server was all nice and attentive.. They have party room for 40 people and a wishing tree which is cute, by the way.

Went here for the first time last Sunday.. money well spent.. the only problem I had with this place that the kids that they got at the front desk that seat you down at your table. They was up there playing a lot. And wasn't doing their job now let's get into the bar baby when I tell you, the happy hour is the best and the bartender was the best money well spend at the and the food was so delicious I will be returning them drinks was best

Excellent food and friendly service at a resonance price. Stopped in for lunch and received a full dinner-sized portion less the noodles. Various orders at the table were all cooked properly - already looking forward to returning. My only issue is with the [mandatory] gratuity of 18%, which is a shame since this was a party of 2, my mother and I… I would have left a larger tip in this case since our server Lucy was wonderful and deserved more, but the mandatory tip on a party of two at 18% set by their management should be revisited in my opinion - hopefully this review is helpful in their evaluation of gratuity for small parties, during lunch, etc.

The food was pretty good, and the service was absolutely stunning. Our server at the hibachi table was interactive, giving the kids lemonade in the place of sake, and tossing scrambled eggs into our mouths. From the salad to the noodles and rice, it was cooked to perfection. The staff was very nice and friendly. Overall 5 stars. Would recommend!

My husband and I came here for the first time. We sat at the bar to dine. The bartender/bar manager Trina aura is remarkable . Her drinks are also very good. I had one of the best lemon drops ever. The food was amazing definitely get the hibachi and the sushi.We will be back her service was amazing

Food and service were all great! My salmon was cooked perfectly. Great place to take the whole family or have a date night.
