This McDonald’s changed for the better their food is some of the most fresh out of McDonald’s I have been to in the Baltimore area.And they even renovated the restaurant so the inside is clean and with a more modern style.All in all 5/5 stars for a McDonald’s very good.

slow as hell. waiting at the window with no one there for 3 minutes at least waiting to pay then waited another few minutes for the food while the people inside talked and were on their phones. Do your job

The Store it's self & upkeep of machine is TRASH Mc donalds has always used paper bags FREE OF CHARGE. Now Baltimore City has a plastic bag rule and permit business to charge per paper bag. McDonald's now charges for the bags that was free just because they can. This McDonald's Ice-cream machine is never working and it's way to many Weekly issues with transactions problems at this particular McDonald . Drive through broken have to order at window They say we accept cards not cash or it's cash not cards which is suspicious to me. Why is there constant issues with methods of payment here & ongoing issues with there Shake Ice-cream machine hardly working? Corporate needs to investigate or Corporate needs to be investigated bc its problematic!!

Why wont Google let you do a new review after 4 years?? Have not been back to this location for quite some time. I stopped for a quick bite the other day. The location has been remodeled recently. It is no longer sticky everywhere, but it isnt much better in any other way. The PlayPlace is gone now, the dining room is expanded. It seems they chose the blandest most boring remodel option available. The whole place is just beige, or maybe grey. Bland. The coolest thing was the addition of several outlets with USB ports on them! Great for charging devices! The service is still slow, the food was fine overall. The heat was blasting in there on a warmish spring day and the bathroom felt like a blast furnace. Literally, if the humidity was higher, it would have been a literal sauna. It seems that the outside of the building did not benefit from the remodel, it is dirty and greasy looking. (Adding pics of remodeled store) .... Original Review It is McDonalds so my expectation is low. Food was hot but a bit slow to fill the order. Everything is a little sticky... Has a small PlayPlace which is nice as they seem to be going away. Did not give my kid the toy displayed in her Happy Meal... another thing that seems to happen more and more. Have you ever tried to reason with a 4 year old that didnt get a toy she saw displayed?

Was asked to pull forward to wait for food... only to go inside after a while and find out what was going on and was told they thought we left?! So they threw away our food. Had to wait for it to be made again.

Everything went well. Fast drive thru experience, food was hot and good..Hats off to the staff and management.

Good customer service and some of the employees have a good approach and some just have the nasty attitude

They mess ur food up alot in drive through but other than that like anywhere else check urr food before u leave

I got fish meal it's not on your list. Wait time to Long 10 minutes but overall service was good with a smile that's what you would expect from fast food industry

The manager waited on us, she was kind and friendly. Service was great and quick

It was slow per usual. But the orders were finally correct. And hot.
