For a fast food/casual restaurant, Shake Shack is definitely top notch. Their burgers can sometimes rival ones that I get at actual sit-down restaurants. This location at Towson was good in my opinion. Not sure why the reviews are a bit low. The service was okay and the wait times for our food was a little long, but other than that the food was delicious! Little pricey, but definitely worth the up in quality compared to other places like Five Guys. The burgers always have a generous amount of cheese, and the patty is very flavorful. I would definitely come back to this location! Oh and the atmosphere was nice as well. Could be a nice date spot; its modern and bright but also very casual and inviting. Besides, who doesn’t know about Shake Shack?

The food is good but I don't think I'll come back to this location. I drove around for 20 mins trying to find parking and had to walk a good distance in the rain. If you don't mind walking and waiting, this is the place for you. Towson parking is too terrible for that. The ticket man is always lurking. Then, the cashier asked another cashier to service me. They both looked like they didn't want to be bothered. That's when I realized there was a self-service register that was being used by another customer 😩. Like I said, the food was good, the atmosphere was OK but I'll pass.

A really cool, chill burger place with a simple, high quality menu. The burgers are INSANELY delicious and so are the fries. My kid claimed she became #1 in fries that night and there is a huge ketchup pump. The shakes are made with custard so they are decadent and satisfying. The chicken is also good.

Shake Shack definitely cures the craving for a burger, but they’re much pricier than anywhere else for their size. While I love the smashed patties with crispy edges, it’s hard to justify paying $9 for a burger. I don’t come here often because of that, but it’s delicious whenever I do.

I wish I could give a review. But I didn't a chance to get my order. So I ordered on the app & for some reason it was saying the time i wanted I needed to change it and by doing that it charged my card twice. So I just went to the restaurant to see what had happen. It was very crowded because the same thing happen to a few people. It was too much going on so I never got a chance to order more food. So I just left. Maybe I will try again another time.

The people that worked tonight until 9pm need to get fired. Every single person who worked tonight was very rude and nasty towards me. The big old lady even got in my face and told me to get out because they close at 9 when I came in at 8:50 and nobody told me nothing. Y’all don’t need to work at shake shack where you have to handle food if you’re gonna have an attitude. If you close at 9 you close at 9 simple, not 10 minutes before and then have the door still unlocked like that’s ridiculous. Also the cooks are rude as well one of them told the others to turn the grill off then smiled in my face saying “check google next time we close at 9”. You shouldn’t hire people at a place dealing with customers if you have an nasty attitude and can’t deal with simply telling someone you’re closer even though you weren’t. There was actually a whole bunch of other people sitting and eating and one even was receiving a order they did online. Im a nice person so I was respectful but they don’t deserve to have a job either of those employees working tonight.

Took an hour to deliver 4 minutes away from the location. Dasher either took the shake or didn’t pick it up, didn’t answer contact attempts. Food was also cold by arrival, no surprise. I would blame doordash, but I called 6 times and got sent to voicemail every time by the restaurant itself. Terrible!

This is my first time coming to Shake Shack. The vegetarian options are fantastic and the food and staff are amazing! Everything was made exactly as ordered. I personally have many food allergies and the app's description of allergens was PERFECT! My family and I will certainly come back again, especially because of the kind staff.

We gave it a second try and were very disappointed. While I don't mind waiting (which was 10-15 minutes), the fries were cold and dry, they forgot the side of sauce and the few condiments they had on a counter were minimal if that. Just a handful of ketchup packets and salt, pepper and sweetners. The burger was alrighht. It was hot at least. The shack sauce was pretty bland. What is it??? On the upside, the music was alright, it was clean and staff are friendly. But next time, it's Burger Bros. for us!

Whoever owns this franchise needs to retrain their entire staff including their manager- the rudest, most unhelpful and disengaged employees I have ever seen. Sloppy, in your face rude, manager ignoring customers and an entire pickup line to text (BOH had to tell her to turn around). They pile bread infront of the Togo window so they don’t have to walk to the pickup window. They don’t put mobile orders on the mobile order racks, instead they keep them behind the counter because again- they’re too lazy to walk from behind the counter to the station. This makes picking up a mobile order x10 longer- as there is a line and inattentive employees. They also love to lock and close 10-15 minutes before closing. Also the vulgar music and staff screaming while blasting it with kids inside is a nice touch

The employees were wonderful but I asked for no bacon on my smokeshack burger and they got rid of the cherry peppers and left the bacon which was really disappointing. I was in a rush so I didn’t get a chance to check before I left.

Manager Brandon was so nice and helpful! He made my first visit to shake shack a great experience all around! This location is well ran, clean and the food is amazing!

This review is primarily on the service. Here today on lunch and because people are inconsiderate and just stand at the paying machine searching instead of ordering - I believe my frustration was visible. The young man Melvin immediately addressed me when he noticed this and took my order. Extremely pleasant and professional. I truly appreciate GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Food is always good as well 🤗

Three tries to order a double cheeseburger no onions and a single no cheese with everything. Still got it wrong. The burgers were delivered with torn, smashed buns and when I asked to have the order corrected, the pimply manager argued that it was "mostly right" in that the lower patty of the double had no cheese and I could combine the non-crushed portions of the two sandwiches to make one edible one. At $8 a burger. I expect better. The shake was thin and tasted of cheap chocolate syrup, and no ice cream, at all. My wife's soda was all strup and not enough club soda. All-in-all, a nauseating meal.

We love Shake Shack and wish that there was a location closer to us, but we are always willing to make the drive or stop at this location if we are in the area. This location can get particularly busy, and parking can be tricky if you are not from the area (use the parking garage for the mall that is located across the street)

Food was good, sauce was missing from my chicken sandwich. We had to clean our own table and the music is a little too loud. I would come back, maybe for carry out.

Not a bad spot for a quick burger, fries and shake. The staff was helpful and responsive, There is free parking in the garage around the corner

Food was great but cashier's order taking needs to pay more attention to detail. Both times we ordered, the cashier did not log our food changes/specifications AT ALL. if you have dietary restrictions then make that clear when ordering and always check your food prior to eating it.
