Went out after clearing the snow off the car for some of Bella's favorite Mac and Cheese. Inspite of the snow the place is loaded with workers and it's a short line just two ahead of me. The person being waited on finishes and the order gets placed but there now is no one at the register. Workers are swarming about, carrying on and generally goofing around, but no one is taking orders. After 5 mins we yell into the back asking if there is someone to take our orders. Off to a bad start. The Bacon Mac and Cheese was good but it was only luke warm. The Spinach, Bacon and Poppysead salad was delicious and very filling. Back for Broccoli Mac and Cheese- runny small not hot....wish their Mac and Cheese was thicker.

Make sure you check the bag when you pick up an order! Went there today for a couple of soups and a salad and when I arrived home one of the soups was not in the bag.... I called immediately and was asked if I looked in the bag with the bread and Duh, of course we had! They replaced the soup but that was all despite us having to make an additional round trip!

Good of course is always good. However, I am in town from out of state and just needed to place a simple order. Everyone I spoke to was rude, just kept repeating that I had to order online with no assistance. When I finally got it all figured out. They still ended up messing up my order.

I made many changes to my sandwich. They did great and it was made perfectly the first time. They paid close attention to my order and the details of my sandwich. highly recommend good place to eat!!!

Not a good Panera. They have shorted my order several times. I have spent literally $50+ dollars on soups I never received over several takeout orders. The franchise owners never got back to us on making this right so we will be going to different locations.

I normally get soup (tomato and broccoli cheddar) and baguettes and cookies. The staff is nice and the food is good too. When I go in, it is normally clean and I am never disappointed. They have vegetarian options and it has a peaceful atmosphere.

Staff was professional, attentive, and made the experience very good, in addition to the clean and comfortable atmosphere. I've been to many panera's in the area and this is by far the best managed.

Went here for lunch with my son. My salad was good and the staff was friendly. But I got my son a kid's grilled cheese and they gave me some bread with Mac n cheese on it. Now I haven't been to Panera In a couple years but I remember the grilled cheese as being just that; cheese on grilled bread. I don't know what this is but its definitely something else. I don't know if y'all knew this about kids but they're picky, REALLY picky, and when they want something, they want it to be exactly the way they expect it to be. A kids meal is over $4 and that's a lot to spend on a little sandwich they'll turn their nose up at.

Their sandwiches taste amazing. I have had the pleasure of trying at least three of them and have not been disappointed. The workers are always pleasant and willing to assist with any concerns, questions, etc. Never hesitant to check with the manager for surety. Great venue and comfortable atmosphere. Dinning room workers aim to clean up as much as possible to prepare for future customers. There is a Panera on Shawan road but that gets way busier than this one so if you’re looking for a laid back and quieter atmosphere, this would be the Panera to go to

Their service is terrible they messed everything up. It was supposed to be fun they messed it all up. They do not know how to do their job! Also their staff is kinda rude to me.
