    The grounds are poorly maintained. The Halls stink. I was shown an apartment that I was advised was ready... The microwave is broke, Cabinets were not stained. Carpets were stained. The vents were not cleaned, washer and dryer area wasn't clean. Dust everywhere. Drawers were stained. I expressed my concerns and no one has yet to reach out to me. It is evident that I won't be paying to live in this community. Their follow up is beyond piss poor. I have sent several emails and have called and no one has reached out to me. Not Robyn or Chadonne. Management sucks. It is giving public housing and not a well kept respected community. Also the floors are thin. I viewed another unit and heard a dog barking through the floor.

    I’ve not been impressed at all in the month that we’ve lived here. To begin - the leasing office is nearly impossible to get ahold of. Taking days to remedy simple problems, and neglecting to inform us of important steps that needed to be taken before we moved in that have now costed us tons of fees due to their lack of communication. Not only that, but after successfully paying our security deposit + other fees and receiving a payment confirmation and receipt - 9 days later they refunded my payment and charged me TWO reversal fees because apparently they do not work with my bank. What? Then they locked my account for “fraudulent activity” due to the charges that THEY reversed! Whatever. We finally get into the apartment on 11/18/23. We have had NO working heat until TODAY - 12/6/23. Our apartment got down to 57 degrees one night. Our kitchen flooded the very first night, and we have roaches all over the kitchen and bathrooms. The maintenance crew has done their best with what they’ve been given, but really if the unit was just PREPARED before we moved in none of this would have happened. I’m very very disappointed with how all of this has been handled and I would not recommend living here to anyone honestly.

    Such a great community so far! It’s very quiet and everyone is so friendly! We met practically our entire building while moving in with a “Welcome” . We weren’t able to physically see the unit prior to moving in.. However, Jess from the leasing office made it such an easy process for us! She’s was extremely courteous, attentive and relatable. At the time, she was the only individual in the office as we were signing our lease, and other people/tours were arriving. She was professional enough to please everyone by acknowledging them, with a smile! Robin was also a huge help as well! She was able to answer a lot of the questions other properties weren’t able to answer. (Obviously the customer service won me over over the other options we had on the table hehe).

    I have a love hate relationship with this complex. It’s beautiful, very spacious, quiet, close to all my needs, and the maintenance team (especially Mark) is amazing! The office staff - upon coming here I did read a lot of reviews of people having a hard time getting in touch with people in the office that is definitely true and what really frustrates me is when I pop up they’re sitting there doing nothing and surprised every time to see my face. As much as I pay to live here at least understand and help with my concerns. Don’t try to avoid me. I absolutely love the property manager, Robyn. She’s always professional and going above and beyond to help.

    Chadon was the agent I came in contact with during my apartment hunt. She was proactive by replying to my electronic inquiry by calling and leaving a voicemail. I stopped by the development unannounced because I was on my way back from out of town and thought to stop by, Chadon did not hesitate to help me. She was quite professional, personable, considered my needs in an apartment, and made great suggestions that I didn’t think about. My experience with her was overall impressive in the manner she interacted with me!

    The Apartments at Saddlebrooke has an amazing staff! They’re kind, friendly, professional and honest. I’m sincerely grateful to have met them. The community is very peaceful, safe, clean and just simply what you would want for your family. Thank you Westminster and Associates.

    Mark is the best maintenance tech I have ever experienced. He is always on time with follow and handling any issues as they arise. He’s absolutely professional, courteous and friendly. He makes the process smoother than ever. Thanks Mark for your hard work!

    Had a maintenance issue that was quickly resolved by Mark my washer stopped working properly I called immediately so the problem wouldn’t get worst has some concerns with initial work my problem was addressed quickly from rental office manager Robin I appreciate that. Also Maintenance supervisor went above and beyond to fix the problem Plus more.

    The service I received each and every time by Mark is nothing but Great! His response to maintenance orders are always fast and the service is done with care. Mark doesn’t just come to work for a paycheck he loves his job and his residents. He now has a helper Charlie whom which is learning from the best!!! I truly appreciate you guys!!! Thank you for all you do!!!!

    It was a very bad experience. I will not recommend this apartment to anyone. My friend referred me, submitted my application, and completed all the processes for the referral. They told us my friend would receive the referral bonus after 3 months of residence. I have been following up with them for the last 5 months on this. However, they now say that my application is not eligible for the referral bonus due to some reason. The person from the leasing office guided us to fill out the form, add the referral, and submit it. Now, they are saying it was not submitted properly to get the referral bonus.
