I’ve
not
been
impressed
at
all
in
the
month
that
we’ve
lived
here.
To
begin
-
the
leasing
office
is
nearly
impossible
to
get
ahold
of.
Taking
days
to
remedy
simple
problems,
and
neglecting
to
inform
us
of
important
steps
that
needed
to
be
taken
before
we
moved
in
that
have
now
costed
us
tons
of
fees
due
to
their
lack
of
communication.
Not
only
that,
but
after
successfully
paying
our
security
deposit
+
other
fees
and
receiving
a
payment
confirmation
and
receipt
-
9
days
later
they
refunded
my
payment
and
charged
me
TWO
reversal
fees
because
apparently
they
do
not
work
with
my
bank.
What?
Then
they
locked
my
account
for
“fraudulent
activity”
due
to
the
charges
that
THEY
reversed!
Whatever.
We
finally
get
into
the
apartment
on
11/18/23.
We
have
had
NO
working
heat
until
TODAY
-
12/6/23.
Our
apartment
got
down
to
57
degrees
one
night.
Our
kitchen
flooded
the
very
first
night,
and
we
have
roaches
all
over
the
kitchen
and
bathrooms.
The
maintenance
crew
has
done
their
best
with
what
they’ve
been
given,
but
really
if
the
unit
was
just
PREPARED
before
we
moved
in
none
of
this
would
have
happened.
I’m
very
very
disappointed
with
how
all
of
this
has
been
handled
and
I
would
not
recommend
living
here
to
anyone
honestly.
