I think there are a new owners that have taken over my son and I always used to go in there before pandemic and now we started coming back. I asked for a Subway club they give me a turkey club had to take it back and get the right club. My son went and asked for a Subway club they gave him turkey club but he stopped them before they rang him up. For some reason the young ladies aren't listening to orders properly. I miss the old staff but for covid they never got it wrong. Having to go all the way home and come back to get the right sandwich is unheard of I don't think they understand how much gas prices are right now please do better

Nice enough. But They don't slice the meat right there while you watch and order the food as the commercials say. So I was very disappointed about that. The sandwich was okay, but I don't think I'll be going back there.

I don't eat at Subway often, but I was pleasantly surprised by how bright and clean and inviting this one was. Staff were friendly, and the food was good.

I've been to many subway shops, but I keep coming back to the subway on Harford Rd. The staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I really like it here.

I've been going to this Subway since 2019. This place has been going downhill since they remodeled the store last year and two of the employees I loved stopped working there. The people were facetiming while they were working, one employee was wearing their AirPods while working, his hair was dirty, he doesn't understand what I want on my subs, and he is very rude, one employee doesn't understand what drinks i want, and there were ants around the trash can. You cannot work with your AirPods on and use FaceTime while working, this is very unprofessional! I am never going back to that Subway ever again!

With some employees, not all, there is a very concerning language barrier. I'll tell them that I want "The Philly", and they'll say, "Ok, what do you want? What do you want on your sandwich?".

I stopped here today to pick up lunch/dinner and was pleasantly surprised by receiving excellent customer service even while the manager was training his staff! I was addressed by name when I walked in for my online order and was checked out warm smile from the cashier. Great experience all around. I'll definitely go back.

Always order with the app you will save 2 to 3 dollars per order and collect points for free food. This location has nice friendly people working here and has no problems with custom orders
