My experience was nothing short of amazing. I normally am petrified of the dentist and this place makes me feel comfortable..like literally! I was watching Netflix while getting fillings and with headphones, this truly helped me to feel relaxed. And not to mention they still seen me even though I totally messed up my appointment time they still accommodated me and did not complain at all, instead they were extreme sweet. I will be referring this place to everyone I know. Thank you to each and everyone of the staff members there you all are truly AMAZING.

The office is beautiful!! The interior & decorations makes it feel like you are not at a dentist office which is good for those who get nervous at the dentist’s office! Everyone is so nice, it is so clean & relaxing in there. Having the headphones & watching Netflix during any treatment is a plus!!! You forget you’re even there! Such an amazing experience.

As a girl who hates the dentist and the thought of pain, I can’t recommend Carabella and the entire team enough — they truly look after you and ensure pain free treatment. From my very first visit, I was warmly welcomed, cared for every moment I was there, and received empathetic and compassionate service from all staff. The fact I could choose a blanket, stress ball, Netflix, and the drink I wanted (to name a few), made me feel so comfortable. All staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and amazing at what they do, and the technology they have is fascinating and so informative for a patient. I’ve reached the point where I’m now excited to visit the dentist… so if that’s not a sign for you to use Carabella, I don’t know what is!

From Charmin to Maria to Dr. Lee, the team at Carabella Dental will change your mind about what it means to go to the dentist. They were warm and accommodating—they created an inviting experience by explaining the components of their evaluation and possible treatment/procedures before they begin any work. The team offered support aids (headset, television, weighted blanket, laughing gas, etc.), and shared their values as a clinic and possible barriers to treatment (fear, budget, etc.) to help the patient with decision-making. I am very happy to have found them and hope others give them a try! You won’t regret it.

I absolutely dread going to the dentist, but now that I’ve switched to Carabella Dental I don’t dread it quite so much. The office itself is very nice, clean and modern. Scheduling appointments has been very easy, and every staff member I’ve met has been very friendly. I really appreciate their efforts to put me at ease after I noted that the dentist makes me anxious. Charmin is especially great. Dr. Lee has been a fantastic dentist so far (I appreciate her follow up text), and I’m looking forward to working with Dr. Nguyen on my Invisalign. I’m very happy I switched to this practice.
