Legit a sensational snowball! Black Owned and operated! The snowballs are always sensational, especially on a hot day. They make the snowballs very fast, too. They be damn near finished making your order before you finish getting the words out.

Delicious Snowballs in Baltimore County with a very wide variety of flavors! Update: we returned here a second time and the treatment was quite rude. My boyfriend accidentally grabbed the wrong order thinking it was mine (same as in the photo). The staff was pretty rude and passive aggressive about the mistake. We were customers too! Maybe take names to avoid getting an attitude with your other paying customers!

This place is the best I've seen around, over 300+ flavors, everything made to order, obviously a good spot, as it's always doing business from start to end of everyday.

Today I stopped by Sensational Snowballs and I was pleasantly surprised. The snowball was great, service was outstanding and they also sell various other items. It's conveniently located and I frequent that area all the time. I will definitely be going back and often.

The hours on here say 12 to 8 daily . I ride here are all the time they’re never open at 12. I got here today 11:50 waited until 1220. They never showed up . I Instagram them and they said we’re open 12 -8. I let them know I’m outside waiting for a snowball. I let them know that No one’s here. Dont waste your time. Dont bother with this place false advertisement.

Snowballs are delicious. I love the many flavors selections, seating tables outside and the customers service is awesome. Great family treat all summer.

I love the snowballs at this place. So many flavors, you wouldn't believe. Plus they have ice cream to add to the snowball for extra. My only complaint is I went there on Friday, June 7, 2023, wanting a snowball so badly and they were locked up, closed, with no sign as to why. Only had the open hours on a sign. This was about 4 o'clock in the afternoon. I was so disappointed. I really, really was looking forward to having a snowball.

Snowballs are good, but customer service is lacking. Not customer friendly at all, at least from my 2 experiences. I wasn't impressed with the service the first time, but gave another chance. Still was the same unprofessional customer service. I come all the way from Harford County to support because it's black owned. I will not waste my time, money or gas again on this place. I found another black owned location I will be trying this weekend. Good luck to everyone!
