The sandwiches are delicious, but the service is questionable. Young lady name Chassidy needs to be trained in good customer service. It was a little busy, which she should be use to. I wanted a courtesy cup, she asked me what's the problem. There was no problem, I just wanted a cup.

I had the classic ham sandwich, $7.99+tax, the sandwich was way too light for me meatwise but the flavor was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I might still try something else from there.

Great customer service. Even with the long Christmas line behind us, the lady took time to answer our questions and helped us take home the perfect ham for our holiday table. Thank you so much for a great first experience.

Great location to visit as I visit 3 to 6 times a year. Great spot especially for the holidays to order ahead and buy a turkey, ham or dessert (Adore the apple pies and rum cakes). Also, lunch boxes are very very good. Have purchase lunch boxes as a work lunch and have order a ton for work events. Totally recommend this spot.

I had a horrible experience, we ordered two hams and went to pick them up and they did not have the sizes we ordered. I was told we could take what they had or just leave. Very poor customer service.

Had to call loudly to get someone come from the.back to help. Ham is delicious but pri ces are too high.

The ham was excellent. I appreciate being able to buy small portions instead of a whole or half ham. Side dishes were also good. Employees were friendly & kept the flow of people coming in moving quickly & efficiently. Will definitely be back.

We were blessed with two honey baked hams from our client to our sales staff for lunch today. The boneless how was by far the best ham I have ever had. I will definitely be buying future orders. Thank you for another great meal!

I’ve been going here when name was heavenly ham lol and been obsessed ever since! Seriously if you don’t know about these ham be prepared to be blown away! This IS the best ham you’ll ever have! The lines get a little crazy during the holidays but just order online and pick up! I just graduated to their rum cakes OMG! Try the sampler and I guarantee you’ll be HOOKED! It might be a tad expensive but sooo worth it!

The sandwich was great. The salad was ok. The Customer service was awesome.

As always, box lunches were great. We had the BBQ sandwich and the ham salad sandwich with chips and black bottoms. We also bought a boneless ham to bring home. The two ladies that helped us was very pleasant. We are moving to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and there is a location not far from where we are moving.

The staff members were very kind and considerate explained everything since we have not ever been in the store the food was excellent the place was extra clean the bathrooms were clean and the staff was very knowledgeable of their terms and food

Everything here is overly sweet! I specifically ordered the turkey sandwich, because I didn't want the sweet ham and by golly if that wasn't sweet as well! That was my first and last time there.
