Always good food here but the food has no spice. And sometimes the salsa they put on your tacos is very cold which throws off the dish. Overall good quality though, good (large) portion sizes, like all the different salsa types they offer, and is always clean.

My granddaughter and I have beautiful steak tacos here every Tuesday. The carne patilla fue muy bueno.

Twice now I have received emails with a coupon from the corporation for being a rewards member. Both times there has been an ordeal with the store /employees/manager giving the discount. While they have ended up eventually honoring the discounts they give the feeling that they'd rather not and cause an inconvenience in hopes you'll say forget it and pay full price.

Good fast casual take out Mexican food. Quality is consistent and app makes ordering easy and fast. Also like the salsa bar. Each order comes small bag of chips that's enough to satisfy craving for chips.

Everybody was very pleasant to deal with, the food was great, and came out quickly. In town for a big event, and these guys went above and beyond beyond with their service. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Baja fresh is a good place to have Mexican food and I must say it is very tasty. They have a really great salsa bar also.

As our local Baja Fresh closed about ten years ago, we now frequent the Timonium location a lot. Our commute to get to this location is about 40 minutes. We order two burrito Mexicanos every time. One for our kid, who cannot eat it all and one that my husband and I split. We always request cutting them in half to make it easier for us to handle. We used to request for one to be put on a separate plate as well, (just for one of the burritos). It was never a problem until recently when the female night manager handed my husband paper trays to use because, I’m assuming they want to save the plastic take out plates. Tonight she said they wouldn’t be handing out the paper plates anymore because of cost - (her words). We only required one paper plate lol. We have been loyal patrons of Baja Fresh for many many years. During COVID, we would make the drive and call in our order and we helped keep the place in business. Sadly though, I felt the need to write this review tonight because we feel disrespected by the female night manager. Not only does she not want to give us an extra plate, but she made a comment when my husband got us drink refills. Keep in mind that several of their locations have closed. You’d think they want to keep their customers. It’s $40 plus dollars for two burritos and three drinks. I feel like she’s taking it personal that we ask for an extra plate…. Give me a break!

This Baja Fresh is so lucky 🍀 to Have the same kitchen Manager his Name is Alex his the one how make sure the food is always on Point, also the General manager Tatiana how also been working here for long time she make sure the customer service and staff is on point.. I will keep coming here and support them w my money in exchange to this delicious food and service.. is always a pleasure to come here ..

Packed house but they were rolling the orders out! This is my favorite place for a quick lunch not even dinner.

Clean eating area and bathroom. Was greeted by the employees. Food was fresh, and I liked the salsa bar. Having fresh chopped cilantro out was nice, always love extra cilantro. Got the pork carnita in a burrito, their spicy version I guess. They called it Diablo but it wasn't hot at all. Decently portioned but I didn't think the pork had much flavor. Wasn't shredded that well since I had some larger chunks in my burrito. Worth checking out, I will be back.

The staff and food are always amazing! I go there with my family all the time, and we always have an amazing time. The staff is nice and my food always comes out quick and delicious. I always feel welcomed, and I am coming again!

The manager is very hard working and friendly. She makes sure we are happy with the meal. We go there often and the food is always excellent! The salsa bar has many delicious varieties. If you like good Mexican food go here.

I always feel welcome when entering. The staff is so friendly. I love the nachos and taquitos. They use grilled chicken breast not thighs like their competitor which is a plus is my book. Plenty of parking and ordering in line is simple and their rewards program will save you so much cash. Love the salsa bar and everyone gets chips.

Fresh and quick. Large salsa bar. Was not busy at all but most of the tables were a little dirty.

Been coming here for years and come in @8:30 only for the staff and manager to say they’re closed when the sign says closes at 9pm. If you close early just lock the door and put up a sign no need to be rude to customers.

Baja Fresh has stepped up their game significantly. New additions to the menu of Al Pastor and Birria tacos put them back on the bull market. After recent, disappointing experiences at Chipotle and Qdoba, Baja is my current choice for a south of the border franchise.

Just not sure what it is? So many fast casual Mexican places, but the Chicken Baja burrito with plenty of hot sauce (and no quac for me) is the best burrito for the money in the area IMO. We don't have one near us, but go out of our way to visit when we can.

Great food it was fresh and came out fast. So many choices for salsas and each one we tried was great! Definitely coming back again.

Great place if you want to avoid the hustle and bustle and have a nice afternoon lunch with the family. It's mostly empty and the location is perfectly tucked in the corner of other establishments. Food from Baja in general can get a little pricey but a overall nice experience.

the heavyset hispanic lady with the grown out blonde hair, which im guessing is the manager is so rude. a nice cashier was attending me and then the manager came over to “fix” what the young lady had done (she didn’t do anything wrong) and messed up our order. when we got our food we told her it was wrong and then she asked me to be more specific next time…

Delivery was fine- it was directly through the restaurant- but they delivered the wrong food (beef instead of chicken). When I called to complain they said i must've ordered through a 3rd party delivery service. I sent them proof that I didn't. Then after they acknowledged it was their mistake they said if I wanted the right food I would have to come pick it up... what?! Why?! It was your mistake! I won't order from them again.
