Great tasting Peruvian chicken, marinated well, cooked just right, cut to size according to instructions. Fried rice (chaufa) is also surprisingly good, so is the plantain and the creamy spinach. No issues during ordering. Planning to be back soon to try other items on the menu. The spanish music played on the background also added a nice ambiance. Don’t understand the words but who cares. Plenty of tables, nice location, plenty of parking.

Chicken is fresh, staff is friendly and quick with the service. The passion fruit juice is super refreshing. Dinning room is clean. It's a great place to grab lunch.

They have the best Peruvian chicken in Baltimore. Their sides are delicious and their portions are generous. I also love their steak fajitas-- the steak is always juicy and well-seasoned. I highly recommend this restaurant!

I was so excited to see that this place has 2 of my favorite foods, that I can never find sold in the same restaurant!!! I got the Carne Asada tacos and white rice and they were delicious!! I do personally like a little more raw onion on my tacos than what they do (unlike a lot of other restaurants though, they have fried onion in them) and the rice, although it was really really good, it had a little less flavor than what I’m used to. I didn’t dine in but the place was clean and quaint and the staff were pleasant and worked with haste (it was lunch time so they were really busy) None the less this place is great and I will absolutely be eating there again!

I'm so glad I got the special today which was a taco salad! 12/10 easy! The steak is tender, the sour cream is delicious and the tortilla bowl it comes in is so flavorful all on it's own! 😋😍🤯

This is BY FAR my FAVORITE Peruvian spot. The food is ALWAYS tasty, flavorful, and hot!! The owner and staff are always friendly, and I enjoy the fact that I can either dine in, or take out.

Super disappointing. While looks may be deceiving, this picture of my meal was actually untouched. This is what I was served. For $18. Yup. Because there was such a scant amount of chicken, the amount of rice given is ridiculous. I wanted to give this place a chance since I was in the shopping center to pick up my dry cleaning at ZIPS. Great experience at the dry cleaners, very pleasant and efficient. Felt brushed off and ripped off at El Gran Pollo. 2 stars were given because I recognize that the food was reasonably fresh. However, they also tried to charge me for 2 drinks when I only wanted one as well. If you don’t mind overpaying for a 70% white rice dish, then this place is for you. Honestly I can get a better meal for about half the cost and a 3x bigger portion at other take-out restaurants. Will return to ZIPS and skip El Gran Pollo.

Went there today for a half of dark chicken. The young man cut the chicken and it was still bleeding not completely done. I asked him if he could give me another chicken because that one was not done. He got rude with an attitude. A total law suit that could have happened. The health department need to go and see this location asap!

We literally ordered our food online for a pick up 20 minutes before closing. We arrived about 5 minutes before closing. We arrived back home with our food, sat down to eat, and thoroughly enjoyed every bite! Even at 5 minutes before closing the chicken was moist and fresh! Plantains were perfect. Beans and rice were great!! I am looking forward to returning!!

Best rotisserie chicken in the area. Everything here is good. Fantastic sides. The family dinner combo is the best deal in town. They recently updated the interior. It's a nice place with a simple reliable menu and great food. Parking is a snap. The lot is huge.

very inconsistent, you call they said hang on a second 7 minutes and they still leave you on hold, i walked inside with my phone being on hold…. the location in cockeysville is 10 times better, food is better, attention is better, and even the recipes, you get the same food all the time here, 1 day the burrito have avocado and is one size next day doesnt come with avocado, a different size and the steak is done different, stopped coming here like a year ago… decided to give it another chance and is worst… i will keep doing what i have done all this time just drive more and go to cockeysville

Great spot for Peruvian chicken. Huge menu with lots of options I always get the chicken but everything else that comes off the line looks amazing. Bug fan of the spicy Brussel sprouts!

Awesome service, very quick. I placed an order on line and it wouldn’t have been ready until 12:20. I needed it by 12:10. I walked in and the line was rolling. I was mad I placed the order online. I asked the server if I could’ve gotten my food earlier as I only had 20 mins to eat lunch and I got my food 🙌🏽🙌🏽. Only concern is that the chicken was a bit gamey in order maybe needed to be cleaned in vinegar/lime or something. But over all not bad at all!
