I always receive fantastic service and an amazing product from this place but today it was over and above. I had a prepaid Mastercard that I used and it only had a little bit of money left on it so I placed it at the counter for someone to use. However I neglected to let the girl behind the wall know about that. A girl by the name of Emma took the time to track me down on Facebook after finding this card to ask if it belonged to me. Quite possibly the sweetest thing ever. I explained that I was passing it on and in my haste to hurry up and eat my delicious treat forgot to let her know to apply this to the next person's order. A big thank you to Emma for being such a trustworthy and kind person

This location is a staple in the area it's not summer unless you come to this Rita's. Very pleasant staff Product is always perfect And always right. My hats off to the staff and management of this location and I wish you all would go further than summer at least open up for the holidays for the holidays that will be a great treat.

Grabbed 4 to take home, the staff was fast and friendly. All the staff were masked which was appreciated. Our desserts tasted great as well, my personal favorite being the chocolate custard blended with black cherry ice, Misto.

I love all the Rita's spots I've visited, but this is one of my favorite Rita's thanks to the bench on the parking lot. It's nice to let the kids have a seat, or wonder around the grass, instead of making a mess in the car.

They need more flavors. Would like to see spearmint.

We are regular customers!! Love their Italian Ice and the New Frozen Coffee Slushes! I would love them to offer Coffee as a flavor for their Italian Ices!

Fast service, however customers have to ask for napkins. Also, a little too light on the custard (please see the attached picture). Maybe it’s me, but I’m used to the custard filling the entire top of the gelati. Overall the taste of the custard and Italian ice is great.

What a rip-off! To start off, it took almost 30 minutes to get waited on and there was only two people in line. Ordered two ice creams one small cup and one small cone. They are the same price but the girl working there didn't even fill the cup up with one swirl (maybe two table spoons). The cone had 3 or 4 swirls for the same price (4.19)! When asked the girl told us the reason was the cup was cheaper (Not True!). Then to make matters worse, she wouldn't ammend the situation or even remake the cup to the appropriate size and left us without a receipt (we paid in cash).

Concrete is a huge ripoff!! $7.50 for less than 7oz of custard and topping - I was assured that it was full before blending. (The picture shows weight with the spoon and lid.) Go to Baskin Robbins across the street for a better deal!

Absolutely unacceptable I purchased 3 large gelate ,all three were empty in the middle. I tried to contact them, wrong number on the web site. Can't reach anyone to file a complaint.
