All staff contacts were welcoming and reassuring. Ms. C. Barr the P. A. who treated me was the best. She demonstrates skill and compassion. The receptionist was friendly and acknowledged everyone. Dr. Yoon was also informative and reassuring. The wait time was almost nil. I highly recommend this facility, especially if all the staff are like those with whom I interacted.

The wait-in-your-car system is great and keeps you away from sick patients in the waiting room. The intake staff and nurse/tech that take your BP and vitals was great. The "doctor", on the other hand, was a complete incompetent. She basically told me that she did not know what was causing my back pain. She wrote down a topical ointment on a piece of paper to get and "try", but she said she didn't know if it would help. She was probably the worst doctor I have ever encountered. I would never go to the Lutherville Patient First again, and maybe any Patient First office again.

Very clean, comfortable waiting area. Efficient , friendly service desk. I indicated I will wait in the car but was processed immediately and taken to the assessment area within minutes. A nurse came to check my vitals right away. A nurse was very warm, respectful, supportive. A PA was respectful, knowledgeable, efficient. All tests were done very quickly. The next day I went back to pickup some copies and was served very quickly as well.

Have never had an experience at an UrgentCare like this - each of their staff was so reassuring, patient and helpful. They also were transparent about expected costs - a very important thing! They even helped my husband in and out when he couldn’t walk right, which was so needed with me being pregnant. They made a stressful situation so much better - highly recommend!

I will drive out of my way to go to the Lutherville office of Patient First. They are that good there! Very polite staff. And the physician was very compassionate.

We were checked in pretty quickly by Lorraine, the receptionist. She was so kind, and patient as she continued nonstop checking the numerous patients in. After check in, my son was called back pretty quickly and seen by a doctor within 20 minutes. They are doing a great job with disinfecting the rooms between patients, and every area was clean from waiting room to restroom! Patient First is doing a great job at this location and having Lorraine as the first contact upon arrival definitely set the tone for a good visit.

Staff was friendly and fantastic! Appreciated how efficient and kind the team was at all steps. I was extra impressed when the staff coordinator offered to make my husband and myself a cup of coffee. She really didn’t need to, but she went out of her way just to be friendly! I would come back anytime I need assistance, great team work from the front staff, to the nurses, the physician, and I cannot forget the X-ray guy! Wait time was maybe 30mins at most?

Although the wait time to be taken back was fairly quick, I felt like I waited for ages for the provider (PA? MD? NP? Not sure) to come to speak to me. I’m assuming she was very busy and perhaps a bit stressed because I felt like she was rushing once she came in. The assistant who took my vitals and swabbed me for testing was wonderful— efficient and amiable; same with the front desk staff. This is definitely my go-to Patient First.

My doctor was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about my 3 rare illnesses and he treated me with respect and kindness. Most doctors know nothing about my illnesses but they then treat me like I don’t understand my own experience as a chronically ill person. My doctor at Patient First went above and beyond and provided compassionate care with dignity. Thank you!

For a sick person, they made me feel good. I was wowed by a very quick wait time, especially for a Patient First. The staff was understanding and kind, which made the process more comfortable. The doctor asked questions about my condition instead of making assumptions. Also, the medication prescribed me, I was able to get while I was there. So quick and easy!

Parking and check in process are easy. I was registered and seen promptly. Since I was last at Patient First, a new system has been implemented which allows patients to track their place in line for care after registration. This is a wonderful enhancement to the transparency associated with the process and allowed me to better prepare for the anticipated wait time. All staff were engaged, empathetic, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this site. Would definitely seek care at this location in the future.

I arrived at Patient First shortly before they were to close on a Saturday night. The staff was very friendly and efficient in checking me in and treating my wound. The doctor was thorough and told me how to treat it and what I should be concerned about. I used a different Patient First when I lived in York, PA and this experience was far superior to how I was treated there. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

This was the most exemplary experience I have ever had at any urgent care facility. Exceptional, friendly, and caring staff. No wait time in the waiting area and a short and comfortable waiting time in my room. I felt respected by every staff member and my P.A. Justine was able to quickly come up with a comprehensive treatment plan.

I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish. The facility was bright & spacious, and appeared to very clean. I waited a bit for the physician to see me in the exam room, but I'd been expecting a much longer wait, since I was a "walk in". My general practitioner does not have same day appointments, so I am grateful Patient First is there! Thank you!

Lovely experience. Receptionist was sweet and considerate. Nurse practitioner was devoted and comforting. Test results were typical, and the subsequent review of my symptoms resulted in the Rx I needed. The hand sanitizer dispenser at the vestibule was empty, but hand sanitizer was available everywhere else which was great. Thank you for taking care of me.

Having experienced multiple urgent care facilities I can safely say Patient First is my preferred option. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, the environment is clean and designed to be patient centered. Some of the aspects I like best are the sign in process is done on a device provided by the facility, and finished with a professional office staff. This is not only a better way for checkpoints along the intake process, but is more inclusive to populations who may not have a smartphone to register through, or who are in too much distress to handle that well. Additionally, a credit card not having to be kept on file allows those who might not have one to still utilize the services. These socioeconomic factors bring increased equity to access for care that is not through an emergency room for urgent needs of a non-life threatening nature. This is becoming less common elsewhere.

I've always gotten good care at Patient First. The waiting area was pretty packed, but I was called to the front desk very quickly and within about 10 - 15 minutes I was in an examination room. It was a long wait but at least it was more comfortable than the waiting area. The P.A. who saw me was friendly and provided lots of information.

I’m so glad to have an opportunity to write about my experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was amazing, friendly and personable. All of the medical staff expressed concern that left me feeling cared for and safe. The office was bright and clean and the wait time was minimal. The doctor explained the diagnosis and options for remedy. I just want to take a moment to thank the entire staff at this facility which includes the young lady at the reception desk who was both compassionate and professional.

I went to Patient First on 12/3/23 for a suspected foot fracture. The entire experience was really good. Everyone there was polite and professional, and the facility is clean and bright. Definitely recommend them for urgent care!

super chill experience for a pre-op physical. the intake personnel was friendly and helpful. the nurse assigned to me was professional and friendly. the doctor was the same, and informative. and the bloodwork tech was quick and very good at their job! i went on a Monday evening. there was no wait, only a couple other folks were being seen. the phone number does not appear to work, so you cannot call to ask about how busy the place is, and that may change your experience. however, all care providers were professional, and friendly, and my experience was a very positive one.

The staff persons were fantastic. Most especially, the person who registered us. She was thorough, friendly, and informative. All the staff treated us so well when I can only imagine the stress they're under. There were other patients there that were quite problematic and they did not take that out on us. We were seen quickly, got the care we needed, our questions asked, then were sent on our way. A great experience indeed.

I am so grateful for Patients First. Primary Care would not see me for rib pain after a fall. I arrived at PF, was checked in within minutes and into a room not long after. X-rays taken, doctor arrived when she could. I don't care how long it takes because everyone is there because they hurt, some more than me. I'll wait my turn gladly. Nothing broken (yay) and doctor compleatly addressed each of my concerns, and best of all, I felt very well taken care of. Thank you for allowing me to tell you how great the Falls Road Patients First is!!!!!

I went on a saturday afternoon and it was packed! But even so the staff was so friendly and kind and the staff got people in and out very steadily. The physician was welcoming and patient and listened well and took me serious which is very rare for doctors nowadays!!! The nurse was kind and caring. The intake gal was so warm and generous and did not rush me even though the line was long. good job y’all!!

The team were responsive, knowledgeable, attentive and thorough in their analysis and treatment. The facilities were clean, modern and possessed a welcoming feeling. While my ultimate diagnosis (knee injury) was less serious than they indicated (by Union Memorial Emergency & Orthopaedic Team), your Team errored on the side of precaution carefully which I now understand and appreciated.

Pretty doctors in there but … Miss mean Myers is not a real doctor or it’s just time for her to hang it up Her attitude is very much less then professional you would think she really is tough… she used google more then her own Brain… she said my kids was fine because they was running around … I know kids with cancer who literally can die at any moment who can still run around laughing… I understand she is 99 years old but she need to just retire I know them checks is probably real good but she can literally ruin families … she wasn’t even able to check my daughter for a ear infection said she had a hard time doing so it’s fine … so much more I want to say just about her …. Every one else was pretty cute amazing and real help But not going to one start patient first because of one evil witch Hi every one else To miss mean Myers 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

PERFECT score. My whole experience took maybe 30 minutes total (probably less). I was being helped (by the PA) probably 10 minutes after arriving. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The doctor (dr chanov) was very knowledgeable and personable. This location has a pharmacy on site, so I was given my prescriptions right then and there. I will definitely be returning.

The patient first staff are kind, competent and thorough! I've been here for everything from splinters to sprained ankles, flu treatment to possible rib fracture. Patient first is my go-to when something's wrong, but not ER worthy. I trust them to diagnose and treat whatever damage I've done to myself this time

  • 4/5 Regina R. 1 year ago on Google
Generally fine, but there was some kind of issue with a patient that caused myself and many others to experience a very high wait time of about 2 hours total. Staff was lovely and caring, asking if I needed anything. Clean facility. Mostly unproblematic.

I had just injured my foot and went in for further diagnosis. Everyone was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Helped ease the news of a broken foot. Here’s to my road of recovery!

Major kudos to the front desk staff. She was incredibly kind and efficient - especially since they were closing in less than an hour from when I arrived. I really enjoyed my interaction from front staff, to nurse, to doctor. It was expedient and very easy to get the feedback and peace of mind I needed to confirm my care plan. Thank you again!

I had to put a 1 star because there isn’t an option for 0 stars. I had to bring my nearly 63 y/o diabetic mother to this location for several cuts on her heel of her foot. (And if you don’t know anyone thing about diabetics, cuts/wounds that aren’t healing can cause severe problems down the road.) We checked in about 1pm (on a Sunday) & we had to wait until nearly 4pm for her to be put into an exam room to be seen by a “doctor”. There was people that checked in after us, got seen and left before us. I would NOT RECOMMEND using this location for ANY MEDICAL REASON!

It was a great relief to be able to see a doctor on the weekend and at every step, it was quick and courteous and most professional. I sincerely appreciate your help and the kind attention I witnessed you giving everyone who came into your place while I was there.

First visit and it was great overall! Wait time was a little longer than I expected but not too bad. I was in and out without an appointment in just under 2 hours to get stitches removed. I know appointments aren’t necessary but if you can make one, I would try that next time. So, yes, I would also come back if I was ever in need of any urgent care.

I have been to this location numerous times and always have had a good experience. The staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. I have seen the same doctors here for years and they are excellent. There are other types Urgent Care offices closer to my house but I always elect to drive the extra 15-20 minutes to Patient First in Lutherville because of my confidence in the care I will receive.

I came in with a lot of symptoms and they throughly checked everything. I love the fact that all tests can be taken such as COVID, strep, flu etc but also blood work and X-rays. Much better then any of my doctors offices. And then the best part is I can go straight home because I do not have to stop at a pharmacy. Everyone there was super nice which is also nice especially because they were hopping all day long. The only reason why I have a 7 for wait time wasn’t their fault. There was a revolving door of people piling in. They did their best and I didn’t wait to long unattended too once I made it into a room. Thank you so much.
