Worse experience ever. I really don’t recommend anyone to come to this place for piercings. It was not first time getting my nose pierced. I told the lady Sabrina after the marking it is too high and she kept saying trust me it will look good as it was my first piercing I trusted her BIG MISTAKE. Now all my friends are telling me it’s too high. I’m so disappointed. Ruined my nose. Now I have to get it removed and wait till it heal and then get a new one. Like seriously paying $120 for this horrible work and high mark and hole on my nose for months till it heal. I was so excited for my first piercing and now I’m so sad. Pathetic work. This is literally my first google review as I’m really upset I wanted everyone to Know not worth the pain and money. I wish I could give zero star as they don’t even deserve one star.

This place is phenomenal! Everyone is SO friendly and welcoming. They are very accommodating when scheduling appointments. Gracie did matching tattoos for me and my 18 year old son. It was his first tattoo and she made sure he was comfortable the whole time. They came out awesome and exactly what we wanted! We both get compliments ALL the time. Tonight we went in and Shannon did our tattoos. Once again they turned out absolutely perfect! I wouldn't go anywhere else and would trust any of their artists to do work on me and my family. They obviously have high standards! The place is super clean and sanitary. They may be a little pricey but you get what you pay for! I've seen cheap tattoos and I rather pay a little extra for quality. My family and I will definitely be back soon and often! Thank you for everything!

I got pierced here and it was really painless and clean, the healing was good! It is though really expensive, I paid 170 for the jewellery (titanium), the piercing and the tip. But you get what you pay for, the quality was really good so it’s expensive 🤷‍♀️

Gracie. We’ve only just met, but you get me. You understand the tattooing process & you really know how to connect with your clients. Take a bow. This art form is lost on some tattoo artists. Without telling everyone on line about how cool our day was hanging out in the tattoo studio I just wanna say Gracie was professional in the early design process, kept all scheduled appointment times & laid down more then a few sweet tattoos in my presence. Awesome place. My wife got a tattoo first then came back for piercing. Got two instead and an appointment for another tattoo. I am looking to finish my design and will go back for a sleeve. Great people. Super clean. Very much focused on using steril Tools and desinfecting everything. Just gives you a great feeling being there. Edit Nov 2018 : one of the artists did a great job on my tattoo. I'll let it to him to share out of respect to the artist. Well invested two hours. Thank you.

Just got my belly pierced and I was the quickest and best pierced ever. I thought I had a low pain tolerance and told the piercer Shane but he was really nice and got it done fast. 5/5 very good

KJ did an amazing job with my tattoo! He was kind and listened very closely to what I wanted and came up with several sketches for me to choose from. He was then able to adapt the sketches to our final product, and was wonderful to talk to when I was actually getting the tattoo. All of the staff was also wonderful, especially Tommie who is very sweet. I highly recommend KJ and Tattoo13!

Everything about my experience was excellent. KJ nailed the very fine, small tattoo I wanted. So happy with the result. He’s great, the staff was great and the place was very welcoming. Highly recommend

My brothers and I came in for matching tattoos and had a wonderful experience. Firstly, Kj and his brother were very kind and welcomed each one of us individually. Next, a multilingual staff member was able to proof the tattoo of an Arabic quote written by our grandma. She then created the stencil which was spot on to my grandmas writing. Lastly, Grace was our tattoo artist and gave us exactly what we envisioned. Her fine line skills are excellent and she was also very personable. Highly recommend this place!

My second time here, and both times were very positive. I’ve gone to other tattoo shops in the past, but his place is my preference. I’ll be going back soon to get another tattoo.

KJ has came a very long way. The studio has cool newer feature. I got my first ever tattoo here and recently came back first time having a lady artist.

Another great experience! I went in today for double cartilage piercing & I had a great experience! Place is well kept and cleaned. Everyone was nice from the moment you walked in !Sabrina pierced me & my friend! I highly recommend her! She was so sweet, she talked to us the whole time, was personable, very gentle, also explained what she was doing before she did it, she helped me pick out the jewelry that fit best for my ear size and made sure I was ok with the placement, also made sure to explain how to clean them and after care and to follow up in three weeks. The first time I came here I had KJ pierce me & he was also amazing! This is by far the best place. I highly recommend anyone to come here! Thank you Sabrina! 💗☺️

I have been going to tattoo 13 for the past 11 years. I got most of my tattoos done at tattoo 13 and I’m happy with all of them. Recently, I have been going to tattoo 13 for tattoo removal of a tattoo by another artist not affiliated with Tattoo 13. I’ve only had 3 treatments so far and my tattoo is nearly gone. KJ is so awesome and has amazing customer service. Overall very happy with this establishment and the staff.

Kevin has done 2 tattoos for me and they both turned out amazing! He’s very talented and I recommend him to everyone. I’ve had friends go to him that love his work as well.

Wonderful experience! Making an appointment was easy. They were able to get us the appointment time we needed. Highly professional. Emailed them our designs and they responded immediately. Also did a reminder call the day of the appointment. When we got there, they worked with us on size and other details we wanted. They were very consistent to use sanitary practices. And their bathroom and the shop were spotless. Prices are slightly above some other shops, but the experience was well worth it. Their work was impeccable!

The customer service was very good and KJ was super nice and considerate about piercings and he made sure we got what we wanted. I had a great experience and would definitely come again!

KJ at Tattoo 13 is awesome! He was witty and personable. He made me feel comfortable as it was my first time getting a piercing. He used proper aseptic techniques which I appreciated as a health care professional.

The best piercing experience. Kj pierced me and he honestly had the best vibes ever. Super down to earth and makes you feel welcome. Has patience and makes sure you are satisfied and will make sure to piece you where you want. Definitely recommend and would fs come again!

The staff here were incredibly helpful and kind. I needed my septum ring out for a medical test and they squeezed me in last minute and also sold me a new, easier to remove piece of jewelry at my request.

Went in today for tragus and 3rd lobe piercings on both ears and I had the pleasure of having Sabrin pierce me, she was so sweet and so kind to me right off the bat 💗 she talked to me the whole time, was so gentle, so chill, explained what she was doing before she did it, helped me pick out the jewelry too, and explained how to clean them and after care. Even before going in, I’d called and they’d answered all of my questions. The place is spotless, well kept, awesome customer service, Sabrin was just amazing!!! Seriously, by far the best place I’ve been to so far for piercings. Walked out of there really happy, will be going back soon! 💗💗💗

I was in today to get replacement front helix and cartilage jewlery. This is the second time I have needed them in an emergency situation when my usual shop (Chroma) was not able to assist and I am so grateful they were able to help me. Always great service, the young lady at the front desk is very pleasant. I had to leave and return and they were very accomodating to me coming back later.

Went here to get my ears pierced for the first time and love how they turned out! Felt good to have the confidence that they were being done professionally. There was a miscommunication about how much it was going to cost (it's much more expensive with the hoops vs studs, which I didn't realize), but KJ the owner and Sabrine the artist were really cool about getting it sorted out.
