I walked in just to get rid of a small piece of old jewelry with no significant value. Professional and down to earth customer service. I felt as comfortable as if I was dealing with an old friend. Appraisal was significantly higher than elsewhere, delivered with patience to explain the process and great deal of care. If I could give this establishment more than five stars, I would. My fiancé and I went engagement ring shopping together. After having bad experiences at other places, our last stop was diamond vault of Troy. We met with Randy, and he was absolutely amazing. Sat us down, educated us on their partner’s ethical diamond mining process. Randy is GIA certified, so he taught us SO much while identifying the perfect ring. He met with my fiancé regularly to get the ring just right. After the proposal, I noticed my ring would shift just due to my finger shape. No problem for randy! He invited us back in and solved the issue for my exact finger shape. Recently, I noticed black spots in my diamond. My fiancé emailed randy and he got us in immediately to figure out the issue. Turns out, it was just a build up of product. He cleaned and polished with no charge, and sent us home with expert tips on cleaning the ring. Not only was randy amazing, so was the whole team. My family loves the diamond vault! My husband bought my engagement ring there and we’ve gone back many times since. Everyone there is always super nice and helpful. The front desk staff is excellent. The prices for diamonds are the best around. I will say, after going there so many times, I prefer to work with Randy because he’s not so much of a typical salesman attitude, he is sweet and you can tell he genuinely cares. The Diamond Vault has done a wonderful job yet again! My husband and I have wedding rings from here, purchased 10 years ago. After a decade of wear and tear with no maintenance, I lost a small stone off the band of my wedding ring. The Diamond Vault replaced the stone, cleaned and tightened all the prongs, and my ring looks brand new. Everything was handled quickly and for a very fair price. Will never go anywhere else for fine jewelry.

Rula made the diamond selection & engagement ring design process easy, fun and exciting. She is very knowledgeable about the 4Cs, and how each of them affect each other & the overall look of your ring. In just two visits, she helped us find a diamond that fit our budget and our requirements, and we were designing the setting very quickly. Although I already had a design in mind, she elevated the overall look with regards to prong shape & quantity, height of the stone, and small details on the setting itself. First off, I have to say that Randy is my cousin. I went in to have a band added to my wedding ring. This ring is over 25 years old so, as you could guess it was nearly impossible to find a band to match. I went to the Diamond Vault to see if I could resell my wedding band set. Mr. Cole gave me an appraisal on the ring and was very honest and told me that he could not come close to giving me what the ring was worth. Reason being, when they purchase used jewelry they don’t estimate the value of the design and the work that went into the ring when it was made. He recommended that I try to sell my ring on craigslist or marketplace. I was disappointed that I couldn’t make the sale but he told me if I found someone to purchase the ring and I wanted to make we could come back to the store where it would be safe. I was so surprised that the store would allow me to do that. I would definitely recommend the Diamond Vault the people there make you feel like your family.

Extremely disappointed. Went in here over two months ago very excited to work with Tim again, who I’d met before when I went in with my brother, who was purchasing an engagement ring. We had a terrific experience then. This time around, after having left the store with a diamond held for me and having presented Tim with my idea for the ring I wanted, he told me he would contact me after doing a bit more research on the custom setting and side stones. Weeks went by without any word from him, at which point I reached out via the email he gave me and asked when he would be contacting me, to which he replied he was out for the day and would contact me the following day when he returned. Needless to say, I never received any type of contact from Tim and still have not. What should’ve been an easy sale for him instead left me feeling like he didn’t care about my businesses at all.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Diamond Vault of Troy. The staff was friendly and did not pressure us to make a sale, like other jewelry stores had. They worked with us and corrected a small size issue when the ring we order was slightly too big. I will be using them again in the future for my jewelry purchases and would recommend others do the same.

Took my wedding band and engagement rings to be resized because this was where they were purchased 7 years ago. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The work was beautiful and seamless.
