What an amazing event! I used the Detroit Experience Factory for a virtual city tour for a client event and the process from booking and hosting the event was super easy. Our tour guide, Chris, engaged the auidence throughout the tour and the use of Google Maps and imagery made it seem as if we were walking the streets of Detroit. Lots of history to share and the virtual format due to Covid restricitons was presentd very well - even to a large group of 40 viewers. Will definitely be joining this summer for an inperson walking tour!!

Exciting to see a tour & experience company helping to promote the rich history and exciting future of Detroit. Had the pleasure of taking the bus tour this week, was able to see various major Detroit neighborhoods. Would recommend to those truly interested in this unique city, bring food and water.

We took the parks tour on Saturday. Booking the tour was uncomplicated and we found our meeting point fairly easily. We really enjoyed learning about the different parks and buildings downtown. Our guide Devin was interesting and funny and he obviously really cared about Detroit. We would definitely do another tour with this company!

We hired tour guides from Detroit Experience Factory to give tours between our wedding ceremony and the start of cocktail hour, as we had a lot of out of town and local guests who don't know much about Detroit. Our guests absolutely loved experience and raved about the guide's humor and knowledge of the various landmarks and areas of Detroit. I had an amazing time organizing the Wayne State Honors Student Association Fall Fundraiser with the Detroit Experience Factory—Art and Architecture Tour. The team was responsive in the process of setting up the event, and remained timely and engaging during the tour. Our student participants gained new understanding of the Detroit we call home.

Rating the bus tour from dxf. Extremely knowledgeable tour guides, I felt like they must have a background in urban planning because they knew so much detail about every little community. Did a downtown sweep hitting some historic Detroit buildings and a stop at the shinola for the hipsters in us. Felt at times like I was getting the hard sell for Detroit, but worth it for all the interesting tidbits of Detroit lore.

I've been a Detroiter for 26 years and yet I always learn something new when I'm shown the city through a different perspective. I've participated in 2 DXF tours as well as one really amazing scavenger hunt. You'd be surprised to learn how much you don't know about the place you call home! DXF does an amazing job of displaying Detroit in a way that is fun, engaging and appropriate for varying ages and interest levels. The tours have been so awesome that I always suggest them to visiting family and friends. I highly recommend taking a bus tour or hiring the DXF team for an event.
