I work at Mr. C's car wash trying to do the best I can to provide for my family. I walk in to try to pawn something and this idiot points to my shirt and says "I know where that place is!? you should go wash my car" I just left! What a rude comment to say! He better be glad I was raised with some sense. But I will make sure I post this and ask people to repost my experience here. What a dingbat!

My experiences have been pleasant and the prices I received for my items were reasonable. With each product the amount given will vary. They will be upfront if they no longer accept a particular item. The staff has been nice and friendly. Today I went in the shop because of all the good things I've been told about this place and I found me a bad A chain without being pressured they are very professional and I will be going back and I would highly recommend..

They stole $10 from me and took very long to give me back my money. I said if you need money that bad keep it. God donot like ugly. The cashier was talking to much to the other cashier and thought I gave her the exact amount not true.

Cedric Hiram and Trenae are my go to people. Cedric is super laid back and chill in personality but straight forward and top notch in customer service making sure to go above and beyond in explaining the policy and making sure that I had everything I needed to comply to it. Hiram charismatic magnetic personality is what drew me in first and his professionalism and wanting to meet the customers need is what keep me asking if he’s at work when I come in. Trenae while often times plays the background allows hers customer oriented professionalism to shine forefront. She’s beautiful on the outside and has the personality to match. I am always asked why I don’t go to the competitor and it’s because of managers like Darryl and Brittany whom make sure that the customer wins without taking from the company.

I highly recommend this pawn shop. Kyla, my sales representative was very professional and patient with me.

I have been coming to the 8 mile and Hayes location for about 5 or 6 years and everyone has always been super nice and professional. They don’t want people to loose their stuff so they do their best to help if they can. I have nothing negative to say about them. This is the only location I can give my opinion on, I have not been to the other stores.

Great customer service from the employee I dealt with and a little more money for an item I pawned but they could give a little more money on pawned items because people do want their items back but some don’t and then if they don’t could sale for more cash. But overall I recommend this place
