I’m extremely pleased with the service and craftsmanship from this store. My now fiancé found a ring online that she absolutely loved and Rottermond was the only jeweler in the area that carried the designer. From the time we first visited the store to the day I picked up the finished product, Meagan provided next level customer service and made the whole experience comfortable and effortless. The finished product looked better than we could have imagined. We’ll be back for our wedding bands and all of our jewelry wants and needs for years to come.

Sarah was so helpful and frequently kept me updated on the progress of my ring setting. For context, my original engagement ring was sent into the big company my husband bought it from to be fixed after it somehow chipped. After it was fixed, FedEx lost my ring. I was heartbroken as it had a very unique stone. I searched everywhere for a similar stone and ring and finally found a loose stone similar to my original. Then I needed a setting. I sent the specs of my original setting to Rottermond because I did not want to deal with a big company anymore. I wanted a more personalized experience. The jeweler at Rottermond made my setting exactly as I wanted it with side stones that were so much nicer than my original setting. They were professional, fast and I love my new ring!

I had a wonderful experience picking out my engagement ring with the help of employee Basma. She was kind, didn’t pressure other more expensive rings in any way which was a concern of mine but was quickly relieved as that did not happen like a car dealership. She answred all questions about size price insurance. I have also bought quite a few watches from this location and they always have the best customer service.

I took my watch in to get sized and Christine was so helpful even when they no longer sold this brand in store. The other employee was just as sweet and was super helpful when it came to looking at items and trying on different styles. The experience was amazing and I will 100% be coming back for any future buys.

I had my original wedding ring redone at the Milford location. I took pictures of what I wanted done and they were able to take the stones from the original setting in yellow fold and repurpose with a new design in white gold. It took a little over 3 weeks.Outstanding!! Exceeded my expectations as did the staff, thank you!!!

Stopped in to have 5 rings resized and Lauri was extremely helpful and patient with determining my new size and providing a temporary fix until I can have them permanently resized. She cleaned and check all 5 rings while we worked on the sizing so I was extremely happy to walk out with sparkling rings that no longer fall off my fingers!

Sarah was fantastic to work with. My original wedding set was over 10yrs old, and the small diamonds kept popping out. Sarah helped me find a new setting that reused the diamond from my original engagement ring, but gave me a more durable setting. I would definitely recommend Rottermonds!

This shop has an extremely professional, friendly, and attractive staff. They offered me great assistance without being aggressive, were very knowledgeable, and had an excellent selection (slightly favoring female jewelry) considering the shops smaller size. I went in looking for a new band for an Omega watch, but after browsing and feeling comfortable I ended up making a purchase of a men’s sliver necklace and a really unique new Shinola watch (they have an excellent, up to date selection of Shinola watches). It also looked like they have an incredible selection of wedding rings and diamonds if you’re in that market. Highly recommended.

I am more than just happy with Rottermond Jewelers - I am impressed! My fiance surprised me with a custom style ring, and the diamonds were absolutely gorgeous. However, the setting that he chose was not exactly what I was looking for. I was upset and confused on what to do because I was holding in my hand a purchased ring that was not yet the ring that I could see me wearing the rest of my life. After expressing my worries in the ways that I knew I could, Christine calmed me down and ensured me that they will help me find the ring that I love. Before this, I had no prior experience purchasing any jewelry and had never worn a ring on my fingers. Because of this lack of exposure, I did not know what I wanted but they never stopped believing that I would in fact find the ring that I love. Without any hesitation, Meagen came to the rescue. Her positive personality pepped me up and in turn opened my mind to shinier better things in life. She has taught me so much about jewelry and if you are open to learning and asking questions, she is extremely intelligent and can share so much with you. With the custom opportunity to see the CAD model, the ability to adjust the design, and receive a wax mold of your ring is a perfect way to ensure that you truly will find the ring that you love. We found a setting that is low profile and holds the diamonds in the way that I was picturing. In addition, we even designed the wedding band which makes it all even more exciting!! Have no fear because they will step right up to the plate and commit themselves to you until you are happy and satisfied. All of which has been a great experience for such a sentimental purchase - I highly recommend.
