Purchased a brand new Larson glass door from this location. I paid for installation which my door was install July 14th. My door is a all glass door. Which, I was in the kitchen cooking yesterday and heard a loud boom. Only to open my front front to see the glass in the door has falling down. The stuff that's hold the glass in the door is currently sticking out thr front of my door. It's only been 5 days after my installation. So, the person that you'll sent out didn't properly install my door to make sure it was secure. Not to mention I had to call to set up an appointment for someone to come and repair my door. Currently waiting on a call back(2-3 days) which is a inconvenience because I will have to take off work to have it fix properly.

Slowest service. No one knows what they are doing. Website says they have items in stock, when they actually don't. No store manager on duty during daytime hours. Worst Lowe's I've ever stepped into. Three girls at customer service were too busy screwing around to adequately help. Corporate should ashamed.

Curbside pickup used to be good... it was convenient since I have a toddler and it's hard to have him by myself in store. I've gone there now multiple times and are told the check in system is broken (I typically check in right away in the app). This last time I was waiting for 20 minutes, called and had to wait nearly another 20. Came in to do an instore pickup because I got tired of waiting. No one was at the pickup desk and the only person close was working customer service and I overheard she was alone. I ended up canceling my order, going elsewhere just to buy one myself. I'm not mad at the worker, she was trying, I'm mad at management/staffing etc. Curbside at this location has just gotten progressively worse over the last year.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Staff were willing to stop what they were doing and give me a hand when I needed it. They took the time to compare products and prices without making it seem like it was a big hassle. Way to go Lowe's!

The only helpful person was the cashier!! As soon as I walked in, 3 workers were standing there & they all turned their backs & continued the conversation amongst themselves. Continued to look for an item myself when I asked another worker where it was & all he did was point down the aisle, never said a word. I felt unappreciated as a customer!

I found Hardware accessories and wood products at Lowe's at Home Depot does not carry. It was a good shopping experience yet what I needed

I'm only giving this store a 3/5 because while it was clean inside, bathrooms were clean and it was well stocked, staff were not very attentive about caring about what the customer wants and making me feel like why am I even there? Was strange...

Lowes always has the things you need. Well most of the time. I will admit ghatsometimes they end up a bit pricier the. Home Depot but when you need them they are open and have a solution to your problem. The staff here is helpful when you can find them. They are usually busy helping people.

🤬Scam alert. This Lowe's doesn't have price tags on their lumber, or pavers, so you won't know how much you're paying. Then, when they ring up the items, they no longer show item pricing on the display. They want to scam you on pricing, then hide it so you can't see. Based on this, I will never go to another Lowe's for the rest of my life.

Thought I got everything you need and they did go the extra mile.

This Lowe's location always has what I need. The team is easy to find and helpful. Store is clean and usually organized. Great lawn & garden selection if you get in early in the season.

The manager @ the Garden couldn't even look me in the eye and wanted me to bring Potting bags & Menour bags to checkout to check on prices. @ Home Depot, all prices were posted and I was asked if I need help loading the bags. Such a difference in treatment!

Update: Lawrence and Charles changed my whole experience, he helped soooo much with the credit card and was able to apply everything to my big purchase in a timely manner, also very professional and friendly! Previous: Offer to apply for a credit card every time I came in and the one day I decided to apply to take advantage of the 20% off, the lady (Wilma) at customer service said she didn’t know how to do that and had me scan a QR code and then I had to wait OVER AN HOUR to get a response with my cart full of stuff. Very upset, I though employees were there to help clients apply for cards?? Then the supervisor was short and not helpful at all… very disappointed!

My mother purchased a trailer on July 19, 2022. We are still waiting on the title. I have spoke to multiple managers and they say they will work on it but still have not received a title. We live in a different state then the store we purchased it from so we can't go to the store and we have called almost every month to see if we can get this worked out and still no title or call backs from the managers.

I will never go to this Lowe's ever again. I needed to get some paint and there was no one at the counter so I asked the 2 employees who were hanging out at the registers if they can send someone over there. They said they would. Then there were 3 employess who were just talking to each other. They just looked at me and went about their business. No one ever came and I waited over 10 mins. Multiple employees walked by. No one asked for help. Every employee was too busy talking to each other. Can't find good employees anywhere anymore.

This Lowe's does not want to sell power tools.. ask for assistance so i get a saw out to buy. Never came and just don't care . Told the cashier going home Depot. Don't come here.

Excellent! I had stopped going here for awhile because of getting help, but they had in stock an item that Home Depot didn't have any both employees that I dealt with gave me the best service and with a smile. I'll be back because of them!

DeVonte in the paint department was extremely helpful. He color matched paint with ease. This store is a staple in the area because it borders Detroit. Well organized and typically you can find what you need.

It was a nice store good location right off the expressway. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very safe. And to be honest ,one Very beautiful cashier I felt my tools move :=)

I literally love this Lowes the staff is always so helpful with every project that I inquired about.

The store appeared to be a older store and did not seem to be as big as others i frequent. They had everything i needed but just not a large variety to choose from. lighting is not as bright as the stores near my house. The shelves are well stocked and organized . The staff was friendly and helpful. I did not need to walk to several departments , only check the flooring department. We found what we need right away and the price was reasonable.

This is one of my favorite places to shop for discount plants.

Found what I was looking for w/out too much difficulty, but it would've been helpful to have an occasional store employee engage me to see if I needed some help or had questions...which I did. An employee overseeing self checkout area was very helpful & procured someone to help me lift a heavy product into my vehicle...please give a 👍if this review is helpful to you.

Never do a pickup here. Sat in the truck 15 minutes after checking in, when I went in the store to pick it up, it took them about another 45 for them to find my order and bring it to the front. The service counter said someone would help me take my order out to my car and they never came back. Saw them getting 2 carts at a time in the parking lot while I loaded up 1500 pounds of bags. Was shorted an item, but didn’t bother going back in, they wasted enough of my time and won’t get another cent from me in the future.
