This Courtyard hotel in Sejong city is a brand new hotel. Everything is new and clean! Fitness center was larger than i expected. All the equipment are brand new and easy to use. Rooms are spacious and everything is automatic, lights, heating/air, and toilet. Bathroom shower was nice - water pressure was perfect. Parking has plenty of space, free for the guest. It has several meeting rooms and wedding hall. 20th floor lounge has nice view with a cute water filter system. We are definitely coming back.

Newly build property! Professionally staffed. Stayed with family vacation to visit a family members who lived locally.

(2023.06.10-11 방문) 새로 오픈한 호텔. 근처 여행왔다가 숙박을 위해 들림. 수영장이 없어 조금 아쉽지만 세종호수공원 뷰라 참 멋짐. 특히 동향이라 해뜨는 것도 방에서 볼 수 있음. 근처에 맛집도 많고 산책할 곳도 있어서 좋음. 아쉽게도 조식이나 룸서비스는 이용 안해봐서 잘 모름.

Very comfortable and new hotel! Nice gym and breakfast spread. Hopefully Sejong will have more things to do next time. Some legit restaurants opposite this hotel too!

깔끔하고 고급지며 세종시를 한눈에 품을수있는 뷰맛집 호텔이네요. 특히 아침 조식이 맛납니다. 서빙해주시는 크루분들도 아주 친절합니다. 세종시를 전에 방문했을때는 머무를만한 호텔이 없었는데 메리어트 브랜드인 코트야드에서 호캉스를 즐기며 호수공원과 수목원 등 대한민국 수도 세종시를 만끽할수있었습니다.

당일 예약으로 1박했어요. 주차장이 너무 작고 좁은 편. 객실은 세종 베스트웨스턴보다 넓음. 조식은 먹을게 없었어요. 공짜 숙박한 블로거 평들보다 훨씬 별로. 호캉스보단 비즈니스 용 호텔. 세종 도시 특성상 실제 투숙객 거의 공무 비즈니스단체였음.

Great place to stay in Sejong. Kind employees and good breakfast and spacious parking lot and good to go shopping & eating.

Altogether the total service is excellent.

Not much to do in the area. But very nice hotel. Service is great and food is delicious.

Pros: very close to a big, lovely lake and super-fantastic gym. Cons: no availability in club lounge, no further attraction due to no substantial benefit for a titanium member and just one restaurant.

오픈한지 얼마 안되서 깨끗하고 조용함. 객실 어몌니티나 비품이 잘 구비 안되어 있어서 좀 더 서비스에 신경쓰기를 바람

괜찮은 곳 조식은 퀄리티가 나쁘지 않음. 그렇다고 두번 세번 가져다 먹을 정도는 아님. 하지만 조식때 시킨 카페라떼 따뜻한 음료가 이상한걸 가지고 와선 라떼라 함. 산이 들어 있는지 요거트도 아니고 우유가 뭉쳐서 물과 분리가 됨.
