I appreciate the environment and kindness amongst the general staff as well as the hospital overall. The results however, fell way below my expectations. The odd part, is that it seems what was discussed and visually shown on both ends is not what ended up being achieved in the end. I reached out with each of the issues I was slowly noticing and eventually they have just begun to ignore me. I feel if someone spends so much money and the results are botched... resolve should be the first answer, not ignoring it and hoping it goes away. But regardless, I am patient and I’ve tried to achieve a resolve with failure but luckily my finance was protected. If you are reading this ID, I still wish for a peaceful resolve. I fully believe that ID does not have ill intentions. A lot of reviews that completely raid on ID negatively I feel are more emotion driven then actual results. He showed us an x-ray of our son highlighting the uneven back bone and pelvis which probably led to uneven length in the legs. His immediate diagnosis was this situation is problematic if left unattended but could easily be remedied after about 15 treatments of chiropractic and acupuncture therapy. After I questioned the doctor a bit, his ultimate answer in the root cause of our son's condition was that it is an innate condition that he was born with. We only spoke for 5 minutes and the doctor knew nothing about our son's history or how he grew up, and I was baffled with his diagnosis especially when he pointed out that there would be no need for doctors like himself if such issues in patients did not exist. The diagnosis was nothing was innate and any of the so called uneveness can be remedied with good exercise and better posture. The only slightly bad experience was the receptionists can't speak English/Chinese, but it's their attitude that disgust us the most.
