Incredibly nice treatment by the staff. Both doctors and the team around made you feel so welcome and despite high pressure at the clinic, they made time for you. There was really a good atmosphere among the staff which rubbed off on all of us other patients. Top rating!

Min mor fick ett uselt bemötande och utebliven operation då läkaren ifråga inte ville genomföra ingreppet då hon hävdade att hen skulle gå på semester, detta trots att besöket sedan länge var bokat. Detta informerades först på plats och läkaren var alltså där då... Undvik att remitteras hit om möjligt. Förhoppningsvis plockar vårdcentralen i fråga bort dem som tjänsteleverantör.

Mycket trevligt besök idag för kortisonbehandling av mina knän. Jag blev väl bemött i receptionen och av läkaren och alla var väldigt sympatiska och duktiga.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC! I have been refused surgery without explanation citing that I am FAT, according to a senior doctor. Now it is clearly stated in my journal that I am fat. The main reason I was there to discuss foot problems that need surgical treatment. But I'm fat and don't get medical attention. Thanks for that!

I had shoulder surgery at DBI in Farsta after having pain for 10 years. I was impressed by the entire team who took care of me both before and after the operation. I want to give a special thanks to the surgeon Stefan Schüttler who has helped me to finally get back a pain-free life. //Claes.

Dåligt bemötande av min partner som skulle avboka en tid i december. Dom ville inte avboka tiden även att han var tydlig med detta. Sedan påminde dom honom inte om tiden och nu fick han en faktura på 400:- Det är otroligt frustrerande när personal tar tillfället att utnyttja personer bara för att dom vet att dom kan enkelt ta in pengar. Frustrerande att också veta att man sagt till dom att man vill avboka men att dom inte gör som man säger. Skäms!

Jag gjorde en axeloperation och är riktigt nöjd! Snabbt och effektivt utan att kompromissa med bemötandet. Trevlig personal som gjorde att jag kände mig trygg. Kan varmt rekommendera DBI. Magnus

Do not recommend this clinic at all, at all. The treatment I received from the staff after the operation was completely inhumane. I was kicked out of the clinic after I had shoulder surgery, when the clinic closed at 5pm. I had just woken up from the anesthesia and didn't feel quite awake enough to go home. I was helped to get dressed, and right after I was forced into a strong coffee and a sandwich. I would eat quickly as the staff was in a hurry to go home. Staff escorted me out as I struggled with my balance. I could barely stand and had to hold on as hard as I could to keep from falling over. I asked for help but the staff said the clinic is closed and I can fend for myself, they just left me outside the clinic waiting for a taxi that never came. Staff have zero compassion or empathy for a patient who sought care despite me repeatedly expressing that I was sick. I will take this further, with the reason that no one should have to experience this kind of treatment. I feel violated and discriminated against as a caregiver. It's not normal to leave a patient like this.

The doctor I was with had a total lack of empathy, he didn't listen to what I said, his only focus was on me being overweight, in the journal notes he made there are so many mistakes because he didn't listen. Not acceptable for a doctor to show a hint of distaste towards a patient. Would not recommend your clinic to anyone.
