Excellent place for tracking with family and friends. Car park is free here and there are plenty of space to park the car. The treck area has sharp stones, so you have to be cautious when you treck. The place is really cool and fresh. The entire treck area is about 2 KM. But it will definitely seem like more. The berries are so fresh and they are found in abundance.

It's a nice, short, walk and a special phenomenon for this region in Sweden. The path through the canyon goes frequently up and down. You can take a more easy path, parallel and above the canyon, if you start your walk in direction of the top. There's a place for a camp fire at the top where you can pick-nick. After the top you decend and arrive at a small swamb before you go into the canyon. After the first climb, you can take a stairs that leads you to the parallel and stable pathway.

There is a wonderful hike through the ravine. Make sure to wear good shoes when hiking. It is doable with children (ours are 5 and 7) On the viewpoint are some BBQ places (bring your food, wood is provided):and to there is a very flat and short path which can be used by elderly, wheelchair and strollers too. A bit of a downside is that is is quite busy.

It's an interesting and nice place. But how on earth should this be a family hiking trail?!?! There are so many steep, loose and bouldery sections. I don't think you'll want your young kids walking this. Sometimes you're wondering where the path is supposed to be because the rocks are so huge.

Pretty great! You van follow the yellow trail and then turn right at the lake for a longer hike, which I did. The gorge itself is pretty awesome, and there is more blueberries than you can count. What's not to love?

The reason I gave this place a 5 star rating is almost only for the experience it self. The cliff walls where so high and it was quite cold in the lower areas, which was nice because of the burning heat outside.

Beautifull place to hike and unwind. You can hike an easy route or a more difficult, there are also other hiking paths that connect so you can make a long day hike if you feel like it

Wonderful place to be, great nature and a long way with big stones which looks as a canyon. If you are visiting Eksjö, take a trip to Skurugatan and you will really enjoy it. It's just 8 km from the city and it's worthy to take youself there! I was there many times during summer, it's really great to go that way between huge stones and the temperature really cool and at the end you'll reach the goal to come to the point to see the view where you have the chance also to barbecue with your family or just sitting and enjoying the view. High recommended!

Loved this hike. Through a ravine. Not to difficult. We were there in beginning of November and the ground was wet at some places. Kids friendly. As someone else wrote, bring good shoes. It's free and free parking (plenty of room).
