We ordered the Texas Trinity. Honestly the juiciest, the most tender brisket and ribs I've had in Sweden. Their homemade sausage and bbq sauce were also really good. The sides we ordered were alright, albeit not mind-blowing. Overall, it's really worth going all the way here because nothing in Stockholm city even comes close.

Amazing place to get a real BBQ platter. Generous portions, great variety of sides. Sit outdoors to get that nice smokey air coming from their kitchen. In the middle of nowhere!

Excellent meat. Tender and juicy. Cool location. Only downside is that they don't got stronger beer than 3.5% so you miss out on a nice pale ale to go with the meat.

Too salty. I was super excited to finally try this place but it unfortunately didn't live up to the hype. (Especially not for thr price) Maybe it was a bad batch but there was wayyyyy too much salt in the mix, I was guzzling water afterwards all day! The turkey and the creamed corn was the best of what I tried. Might try it again to see if it was just a bad day.

Exceptional brisket ! Peach cobbler- awesome. However, we came at 15h on Saturday and there were only couple of food options, actually guy closed after he served us. So greater variety of food would be nice.

Excellent Texas bbq with succulent and tender meats, rich and comforting sides and fresh onions and pickles. They usually also have lovely, soft, presumably fresh-baked bread, however last time I was there, it was just regular pre-sliced sandwich bread from the supermarket - I really hope that was just a one-off thing and that they resume making their own, because it was far superior!

Fast, tasty and big portions. Very good sides and meat (ribs can be a bit too fatty in some parts), loved the pulled pork sandwich and warm peach cobbler

They are serving a bit of heaven on a plate. The brisket is out of this world, ribs amazing, my wife loved the sausage. The pulled pork was good but no match for the brisket. Not to forget the sides that complement the mains very well.

Fantastic BBQ. Great smoke rings on the meat and great taste. If I had to clank down on something it would be that sides that were supposed to be warm were cold (Mac & cheese) and the price is a bit high.

A hidden place. I didn’t it was a restaurant. The sandwich (or burger) was OK. The brisket though… unbeatable taste and texture. It was expensive and the menu is not very flexible.

Kista was first hard to find as it's in the middle of Swedens "silicon valley". In conclusion, Det Arroganta Svinet is a BBQ paradise that deserves recognition. So far this is the most legit BBQ place in Sthlmslän. The food is just right, not oversmoked, and guess what, not undersmoked either. It's far, but it makes the pilgrimage there even more worth it. Nothing was out of stock, unlike some other BBQ smokehouses. For better and for worse, the staff was super chill. But they were nice. Just wish this place was closer to civilization.

Tasty food and nice atmosphere. Clean guest toilet and I like that you can put a pin on a map to tell where you're from. It's a bit pricey but if you like bbq I'd definitely recommend this place. However for 600 kr/meal I expected more than just 5 slices of pickled cucumber, seeing as it was included in the meal (not a side order).

What a great Texas Barbecue place. Cheap and cheerful premises with disposable plates and cutlery. Parking for about 8 large cars on site, and a few motorcycles can squeeze in also. It was fairly busy, but the speed of service (almost instant) and the turnover of customers in and out was quick enough that i didn't see anyone disappointed for a seat at a table with their friends or family. Easy access for a wheel chair through the open double barn door, but a very high lintel of about 15cm on the small entrance door to the left. The food was good without exception, and very tasty. The only reason for one star less was the slightly confusing menu, and that 3 or 4 items had run out, although nothing terribly important to my lunch satisfaction, and they were noted as unavailable on the blackboard behind the service counter.

You can tell they really like to cook great meats, and they apparently have the biggest smokers in Scandinavia.

The best meat in Stockholm. I have eaten real high quality Kobe beef in Tokyo, which is the best meat in the world. But this meat is also very good, in a different way. Highly recommended!
