Beautiful lake, interesting small waterfall (both winter and summer). Really simple to get to by bus from Gullmarsplan. Many great walking trails in the forest. Couldn't ask for more!

A beautiful place to spend free time by the bonfire

unusual location within Stockholm! very beautiful! lnsane amount of rapid water... I will definitely return soon to do a bit of Light painting photography. as well as this coming spring. I can only imagine how beautiful this place must look with all the trees and grass green. I do believe this location is a good starting point for medium range hikes.

A very cool place to visit all time around the year. Would recommend to visit in the spring because of the raging river that flows there at that time. Located in the southern part of Stockholm makes this a place worth coming to

Impressive stream of water especially if the water level in Flaten side is high. Good starting point for hikes towards Tyresta national park. Free 6 h parking nearby.

Nice for a walk. And from here you have access to the Tyresta forest.

Nyfors is a historic location nestled in Tyresö, a northern part of the nature reserve. Here water flows from Tyresö-Flaten Lake into Albysjön Lake creating picturesque rapids.
