Disappointed by the staffs working there! Poor customer service! They were not helpful at all! I could understand if lots of customers were there that they could not assist me but it’s quite empty!

big store. excellent collection. Quality appliances. Company is definitely good. But about employee.... So many cash counter but only one person is working in the cash counter. all other gossiping in the back end.

It is quite big, safety measures and precautions related to the pandemic were taken. The location directing us on google maps confused us and wasted our 20 minutes from the car parking. It was not very crowded when we were here.

Easy and plenty of parking. Large store with two levels and good variety. Clean, and helpful staff but there was confusion with wrongly labelled items and out of stock of another item. If you plan on buying a specific item, check their website for stock in store first.

Lots of electrical and household stuff. They have a huge variety. Always find the stuff I need. Direct competitor of media mart. Prefer this store to media mart for some reason. Great customer service. Good prices. Recommended.

Bought a gaming chair but unfortunately one of the screws was missing when we assembled it. Still waiting for a response from their customer service after I emailed them with the details they needed.

Bought the Oculus Quest and I just got messages of a delay after delay, after delay... I bought it time ago for Christmas BUT at this point would it arrive on time? (Christmas present). In Sweden they do not care much about customer service. Watch out if you buy something in Elgiganten because they charge the payment right away but they do Not deliver on time!!!

Good experience, but kind of curious way of working. To buy something like a laptop, phone or tablet, you have to contact personel to order it. You then pay for it at the cashier desk and have to go out of the store, around the corner and about 50 meters to a door where you have to queue for a third time. So a lot of waiting for a small purchase. Guess it would be better to order online and just go directly to the pick-up point.

Put laptop in for repair, still the same problem and took 1 month not 2 weeks

I picked up the hairdryer that I ordered online from this branch and then a few days later when I wanted to return it, they did not accept the return claiming this is classified as hygiene product and there is no tape on the packaging. I told them that this was delivered to me exactly with same packaging status and no tape on it but they still did not accept it. This is their fault that they delivered this product to me with a package that they consider it as broken already and now are not taking the responsibility of it and thus costing me 500kr. I’ll continue by sending my feedback to their customer service and hope they do sth about this but this branch’s staff not being willing to help me is so unacceptable. Even when I asked for speaking to their supervisor, they told me its weekend and he is busy so come another day and the guy was so aggressive! These back and forth and unpleasant experience is all their faults and its costing me time, money and energy all because them not taking the responsibility of what they have done wrong initially themselves!

They have a lot of products at the right prices but no staff. If you want anything but batteries just make sure that you have a lot of time to deal with very uninterested staff.

Very poor customer service. Unbelievable I left the iPad for repair. They haven’t done anything with it and they charge me 600 kroner
