I came here with an almost new Yamaha NVX, just 6 months old. When driving slowly the motorbike shocked a lot and was really uncomfortable driving in the city. The mechanic told me there was dust in the air system and they would clean it. After paying 475k I got the motorbike back but the problem was the same. I gave it back the next day and they said they would clean it again. I told them that it also uses a lot more fuel than other NVX’s that my friends have. He said my meter is probably broken...... Then I got the bike back again and still the same problem, now he said it’s just normal that the motorbike shocks when driving slowly. Or he could change the clutch, he said the problem wouldn’t go away completely but would be a lot better. Luckily I have some experience as a mechanic and knew better, so I went to another garage where they immediately found the problem and fixed it. All they had to do was change the spark plug and clean the fuel system and the motorbike drives as new. I can’t believe they couldn’t find this problem at the official Yamaha garage, unbelievable. He even told me it was normal that the motorbike shocks when driving slowly.

Service is very slow

Buying bike is fine since it’s a dealership. ❌❌❌ Don’t use them service for registering and so on. This takes forever and they’re not really care about following this up once you decided to register the bike with them. We buy a brand new bike and it took over 34 days (still not received the plate number till this date) and each time they keep saying sorry. Use third party service to register your bike instead. Also, the bike repair and mechanic attitudes isn’t good at all.

After rebuilding my bike's engine, the gearbox/clutch yanked a lot. Even when I showed them, what was happening and told them exactly, what was the problem(worn out clutch, that they supposedly changed), they either said there's no problem, or say that it's totally normal. I never had this problem before their rebuild. They even blamed my riding style, although I have much more experience riding bikes than they do. After visiting them, my bike seems to have more problems than before. Recently they didn't tighten the wheel nuts properly and the wheel almost came off when I was riding. They even got angry at me and blamed me in wasting their time, when I just wanted them to do their job and fix my bike. Very incompetent mechanics. As they're not official yamaha service, I went to an official yamaha town, they found out the problem with 10 meters test ride and fixed it immediately.

My FZ25 was stalling at low speeds and on the idle, I figured it was either fuel/air or contaminants in the fuel system, so I ran my bike into them. And ... these guys are AWESOME! The sales floor staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful but the service manager is the best! He's exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and service-orientated. Am I definitely going to take my bike for regular servicing.

Excellent service. There is also a guy who has very good English and he was super helpful. I had a pleasant experience.
