Pizza here is made with creativity in flavour. They even mix fruit as toppings for your pizza. I like their thin-crust pizza which is so crunchy. Come n taste those dishes yourself.

Very nice ambience, good seatings & tables. Good service with some young staff able to converse in English. Decent pepperoni pizza. Reasonable pricing. Can consider revisiting if in the area. Late December 2023

Good food but overpriced. Not a big fan.

Casual comfortable dining for the Western palette, had some great pasta which was just a tad bit lacking on serving size but overall a fun and good place to eat with friends and kids. Reasonable prices and the pizza looked good.

Good pizza with terrible service. The worst location of this franchise ever. The service is terrible. The music volume is unbearably loud.. The stuff is frivolous..

Pizza thick but still soft foam. Compared with other American style pizza chains in the same segment in Hanoi, I think Pizza Company is the highest rate in terms of quality, price, service.

The pizza and spaghetti are quite good with reasonable prices. Spicy spaghetti with sausages and double cheese pizza are the must try. Great staffs, rapid service even during rush hours

ALERT: This place is not such what you gonna expect for a romantic meeting with your SO. Kids are constantly getting around without having their own areas, and that's what might make you incredibly frustrated and intimidated. You can't even enjoy the background music or litterally hear your partner talking. The staff were not so good at English, so yeah, if you are a non-Vietnamese speaker, then you may find a bit struggling while consulting the staff to figure out what suits you best. Regarding other services, it was also weird to get my shrimp pasta before an appetizer was served. The food was worth value for money, and this spaghetti was phenomenal. Speaking of the pizza, please don't hesitate to try out the largest size, as the Medium and Small ones might not be enough to fill you up if you are in the company of your SO.

Good service and good food for that particular price range. Plus i get 200k off every meal (over 550k iirc) through an app. My toddler loves the bolognese and my wife have to get the ribs every weekend. Child friendly. Can be a tard noisy for date nights.

The food was pretty good. However, the servers weren't very friendly and the security guards were horrible. I went outside after paying and the bike security guard got mad at me. He blocked my bicycle in with a motorbike, then started shouting at me because he couldn't get it out. Something like "còn dịt mẹ...". I had to lift my own bicycle over a motorbike. Seems like he was drunk. Not a nice place to dine!

Terrible services and food. Food is too salty with too much tomato sauce. Waste of money.

Should choose thin base for cake. The thick one is too much and difficult to consume. Here accept all kinds of payment: momo, moca, samsung pay, credit cards & cash.

Worst customer service. I was alone in the restaurant and the pizza took 40 minutes. Medium size is super small size, and prices are higher than other places. Won’t try it again. I don’t recommend it

Good location and food. But staff need more training about menu.

Had to wait 10 minutes to havw a bottle of water delivered to the table. Food order not comllete forget 1/2 order. Deliver drinks after meal arrived 30 mon after order. Restaurant not busy staff just sranding and talking to each other.

Nice place with high price... Sea food is better than the others.. :(

The whole space upstairs is for holding birthday party with loads of spaces for kids to play around. The microphone didn't work and there's also something wrong with the HR when it's getting more crowded.
