Good hotel and good service; we had an early flight at 8:00am and the staff arranged everything for a car to come pick us up in the morning at 5:30am; they had prepared some sandwich for us since it was too early for us to grab breakfast. The rooms are clean, comfortable and roomy. The neighbourhood is not pretty nor entertaining so I don't recommend you spending much time there. It's best to enjoy Hanoi downtown and then check-in later during the day to enjoy a nice relaxing evening before an early flight. They are a couple of restaurants or small shops nearby making it convenient.

As the name suggests, this place is both convenient and friendly. I've stayed in many hotels in this country and none of them offered such sincerity. It's not the place to stay if you're looking for a luxurious escape, but if you're looking for somewhere to stay before or after your flight, there's no better place. This is a place run by a young family and you'll feel more like a welcomed guest in their home home than you're purchasing a room. The free breakfast and 1-way airport shuttle was great. They also offer other food/drinks for reasonable prices. It was clean, air conditioned, and comfortable. What else could you want?

6 star service! Wifi is super fast, room is clean and large. I love the way people here communicate with their guests, who are not guests anymore but family members! I will recommend this place to my friends! Thanks, Mr. Henry for your lovely hotel.

Convenient hotel which is very close to the airport. Rooms were very reasonably priced and were comfortable and clean. There aren’t many food options in the area but the hotel have a limited menu. They’re also able to arrange an airport transfer for 100 VND.

I had an amazing stay. I got in late at night and a driver picked me up from the airport and transferred me to the hotel where a very nice gentleman helped me check in. I was so grateful for such a comfortable room at such a great value! Thank you so much! Breakfast was awesome as well! Definitely will be back!

The rooms were clean and fancy, it was in a great location for me, and the staff really helped me whenever they could. Several times they went above and beyond to make my stay more wonderful than I ever thought it could be. The breakfast options weren’t that great, but considering the times and that it came free with the hotel stay I really can’t complain.

Top hotel in Hanoi airport. The room very comfortable and super clean. The staff is extremely helpful. Delicious breakfast with alacart menu and buffet dish. Very close and convenient to airport, just 5 minute drive from the airport, shuttle service is great. Awesome, I would recommend.

Too much noisy because of its manage by family and they live in same hotel.. and cleaning services are so poor same towel use to clean the toilet seat when they clean the room

We only stopped in for one night transitioning from Sa Pa to Saigon, and it was such a lovely stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing!! We couldn't believe what a spread we got for the price, and they even cooked us eggs the way we liked them in addition to the buffet. Also, Henry had his driver take us to the airport for free! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the airport area.

Perfect place to start your Vietnam stay. Our twin room was very clean, stylish, and very affordable with amazing service from the owner who's very hospitable. We had the best welcome to Vietnam (and perhaps the highlight of our month trip) celebrating the lunar new year with the host and were lucky enough to meet much of his family as well. Thank you! 🙏❤️

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose from. Great location. We left our luggage there and return to pick it up later. Was no problem at all.

While not a 5* hotel, I would rank our stay here as excellent for our last night in Hanoi close to the airport. The staff were very helpful, we had a home cooked Vietnamese dinner, comfortable bed, clean room and free airport ride. All for under $35 for two, including food and three beers. I recommend this location for airport convenience not for things to do or the neighborhood.
