It’s better than the 3 stars hotel I booked at Sapa! A Really clean and cool place. Close to old town, Hanoi Train street, the lake. Circle (Vietnam 7/11) is right next door and a very delicious street food is right in front of it. Easy to go to everywhere. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially whenever I emailed them they responded so fast! I was blown away by that. Breakfast and coffee are delicious, too. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Their location is right inside the Old Quarter and is close to most everything you could want to be near. The price was very reasonable, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful to my travel partner and I. We had a welcome drink upon arrival while their bellboy took our luggage to our room. The room itself was spacious with two beds pushed together, but this was not an issue. There were also two 500ml bottles of water and some snacks that were free in the room. Personally, I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me, but the balcony door in our room isn’t soundproof so you can hear the outside noise. They cleaned our room very well before we returned on our second day. Breakfast is included and they have both western and local options. Personally, I would go anywhere else for their local food as I found it bland. Their western food, however, was not too bad for a free breakfast in a hostel. On the day of our departure, the staff offered for us to leave our luggage with them until we left Ha Noi that evening. When we returned for it at 1900 that evening, it was safe and untouched and given to us free of charge. Overall, I’d recommend staying here.

We stayed in a "superior room", it was very clean! Big shower with very good pressure and hot water. Towels smelled nice. The beds were comfortable, good linen. TV had a few channels with movies in English. Complimentary snacks and water in the room. We got a room at the back, which was quiet (it had no balcony). Breakfast was great, they have a choice of beef Pho (my bf said it was very tasty), chicken Pho, crab noodle soup with tofu, eggs, pancakes and toast, as well as fruit, juices, tea and coffee. The staff was very nice and helpful. They offer express laundry service. I would definitely book here again.

Great stay! Comfortable rooms! Julie was really friendly and helped us organise a lot of our days. We paid a little bit over the odds for our train out but it did end up including transfers to the train station and one of the staff greeting us there and making sure we got onto the correct train. Definitely more like a hotel then hostel! 5 star service!

What a wonderful place to stay in Hanoi. We have been here for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of great hospitality and service. Outstanding breakfast (banana pancakes) great location to explore the Old town of Hanoi. Fair price, comfy beds, clean rooms and good shower. Coffee, water and nibbles available. Stay here and nothing will go wrong.

Location is great since it's in the old quarter. Many restaurants nearby and the night market is within a 5 minute walk. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. Downside is that there is no elevator so there are a lot of stairs every time you go to your room. In the morning, they offer breakfast in which you can choose from the menu what you want. They cook it for you on spot which is nice. Selection contains different phos and some more western style breakfast such as toast and eggs. In addition to this, you can eat fresh fruits and drink fruit juices, coffee and tea. It's a very light breakfast to start your day with. Overall, it has been a very positive experience to stay here and I would recommend it.

Great staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is located right in the city center and open 24/7, so you never have to walk far at any time of the day. The rooms are cosy and the air conditioning worked perfectly. They also serve great chicken soup for breakfast. Had to cancel a bus tour due to bad weather and that was no problem either. The reception staff speaks english very well and can provide you with any information at any time. Pleasant surprise.

We had the pleasure of staying in this establishment. We received a wonderful welcome, the room was clean with all the comforts, the breakfast very good on the menu. We decided to organize our tours for halong bay and Sapa in the hotel, Giulia took care of organizing everything with the transfers, bus and overnight an impeccable service with an affordable price, it was the most beautiful experience. We left the big bags with them while we went on the tours and on the return they offered us a drink and a hot shower. This hotel offers 5-star services with really cheap prices, also due to its central location we can only recommend it. Special thanks to Giulia and David and all the hotel staff

We originally booked at the Hanoi Old Quarter Hostel but they took us down the road to Hanoi Culture Hostel. The staff are so nice and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The room itself was clean but a bit older than the photos online show. Overall good value.

Stayed here two nights for my most recent business trip. Location was good, near by lots of local restaurants, nice coffee shops. Staff was very friendly and thoughtful with amazing welcome drinks. Room was very good and breakfast was absolutely amazing! We organised Halong bay tour through them and they were brilliant!
