They gave me the noisy room and asked more money to upgrade the other room. Rooms are near a bar. You can’t sleep at night. The hotel is very old. It should be 1 star hotel ( photos are from many years ago). It doesn’t worth my money. Just slept few hours and gone. Breakfast is free. However, it’s only few choices. You should go outside to eat local food nearby.

Excellent! Having stayed in no less than 50 different places in Hanoi over the last eight years, this place is my favourite. Affordable dorm rooms with awesome shower, climate control, and comfortable beds, sheets, pillows, and blankets. Love the extra touch with the roses/petals on the beds! The staff will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous!

Terrible expérience with this hôtel - it was like the music from the nightclub next to the hôtel was in the room - the bed was trembling because of the noise. Just dont Book this hotel please.

The room is old and has a bad smell, especially the room located next to a bar that is so noisy that you can't sleep. The staff's attitude is extremely bad and they do not agree to change rooms and the attitude is extremely challenging. If you can't stay, then go somewhere else.

- The rooms are clean, has all the stuffs the 3-star hotel would offer such as safe, toiletries, secured door latch, … etc - The food is good and clean. There’s a young lady working in the kitchen as well as server. She is so nice and respectful. - Its location is very convenient to roam around and experience various activities in the area. Also within walking distance to the famous lake Hồ Hoàn Kiếm. - As other reviewers mentioned, the noise from nearby club is very loud at night and prolonged as late as 3-4AM. If you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping, you should consider asking for a room with better noise insulation in advance. For us, we were pretty exhausted after various tour during the day, so the noise couldn’t bother much :-)

This was a great experience! Hotel is well situated in the heart of the city. You can enjoy early mornings or late nights on your balcony. Staff was full of wonderful and friendly people that would help you just with anything - bookings, tips on where to go, where to eat…you really feel they care about you! Definitely the most pleasant welcome after arriving to Vietnam that we could have wished for! The only perk is that right next to the hotel is a music club that plays loud dance music through the night. But we asked for a room change and we got one so don’t hesitate to do the same!

Thao and Thang are two of the most hospitable and helpful hotel staff I've encountered. They go above and beyond to make their guests feel as valued and comfortable as possible. The location of this hotel is prime for those seeking a more lively nightlife and restaurant hub in Hanoi. However please note that when booking this hotel, please specify that you want a quiet room, on a high floor and away from the street. Otherwise you can risk having a very loud and sleepless night BUT the staff will do what they can to help you. I really enjoyed my stay, primarily thanks to the amazing team of staff.

Good location for people who likes night life for sure not for those who like to sleep, in whole hotel you can hear music

The room is not what they advertised. It’s should be rated at 2 stars at the highest. Before you make reservations at this place please ask them to send you some of their images especially the restroom so when you get there you can compared the differences and ask for the deposit back if there is one. But my advice, please don’t book this one.

I spent here 16th April The hotel location is very convinent to travel Hanoi and so kind your representatives. I can bring good memories in Vietnam and It might be noisy around the hotel since you know around the hotel is hot place. But I think it doesn't matter to sleep. The hotel has Air conditioners and you can close the window so don't worry about it too much. I slept so much well hahahahahahaha🤣

If anyone is planning to visit Vietnam then I would suggest this hotel. It's located in Hanoi main street. They provide breakfast. The rooms are very good. Staff behaviour is also good. They have separate tour packages. Overall good. 👍👍👍

Price - average depending on room type Receptionist - Accept cash and card. 24hrs reception. Receptionists are approachable and nice. They are helpful. Can request taxi from hotel to airport. Room - clean, spacious and nice big bed with own charger, lamp, closet, and working table. They provide free coffee and tea. There is a mini fridge and a locker. Toilet and bath - I got a room with a bath tub. Hot and cold shower with shampoo and body wash, tooth paste and brush, comb, ear cleaning buds and razor. With hair dryer too. They provide room sleepers. Breakfast - I availed althe buffet with good food; it is at 6:30am to 10:00am

The rooms are filthy, smelly and not as shown in the pictures at all. There is a nightclub right next door open until 5am so your room will be vibrating and extremely loud. Don't stay here unless you are planning on sleeping after 5am.

This place is perfectly made for groups of friends or family travelling together. Efficient, quick response,extremely cheerful and thoughtful staff. Great location, spacious and clean. Will definitely come back again on my next visit! Highly recommended.

Our stay from January 4-9, 2020 in this Hostel was excellent. From airport pick up to airport drop off. Everything we wanted were taken cared of systematically. Also, the staff were kind, corteous, accommodating. They take good care of their guests. The manager Anna was great. she knows everything and provides our needs. Anything we ask she knows. It is also right beside the bank. I highly recommend this Hostel. I will stay here again when I comeback.

They dont like the older community in there hotel

Enjoyed everything about my time here. Feels more like a hotel than a hostel. Anna and Rose are always on stand by to help with any request and coming back to see their smiles made the place feel like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to stay!!! The staff is friendly and they speak English very well. They were available to help at all hours of the night. I often have trouble sleeping so I would get up not wanting to wake my girlfriend up and go down to the lobby in the middle of the night and they never seem to mind that I was down there. I definitely want to go back, I would like to take my husband there. I told him all about the hotel and the wonderful trip I had with my girlfriend so hopefully when this whole virus is gone I will be able to take him there.

Staying here for 2 nights. There’s no house keeping come up to change towel and everything. So i went down to Reception to request for it and they say they will bring up to my room, but hell no I waited for 3h. Aircon is not cold and keep on dripping water. Water tap is not that clean.

Stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean! We had a tour booked at a discounted price by them and they gave us advice on where to get vegan food, legitimate taxis and how to get to certain areas easily. The price of rooms is relatively cheap compared to others we saw in the same area. I would recommend staying here and would definitely come again!

Great hostel with lovely & very helpful staff! I liked it so much, that I came back three times after trips to different places in the north. The included breakfast is also very delicious! Thanks for making my stay in Hanoi so relaxed and organized.

What a find! The staff are so hospitable and the breakfast was perfect - loads of choice and starts super early (6am I think) so was great as we were leaving early for a Ha Long Bay cruise. The room was spotless, had great air con and a ceiling fan, tv with film channels, great shower and free coffee/tea/snacks in the room! We loved staying here and will definitely be back when we return to Hanoi in the future.

Best place to stay in Hanoi Old Quarter! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was just the right size to have a quick delicious breakfast (Western or authentic Vietnamese style). Front desk attendants and hotel porters were absolutely fantastic! Kudos to Julia, Anne and Phillipe for your suggestions, guidance and overall amazing disposition. You definitely helped make our trip super fantastic!

Great little hotel in the centre of Hanoi's Old Quarter. Staff - so friendly! Comfort and cleanliness - top-notch. Included breakfast - so tasty and plentiful. If you take a left out the front door and walk a couple of hundred metres, you come to the centre of the Old Quarter and, at night, the night market. This place couldn't be better located. Although we didn't do this ourselves, I believe that other people were going on 2/3 day tours and leaving their luggage at the hotel to pick up once they returned, which is a useful service.

Nice place but more of a hotel than a hostel. The staff were helpful and gave us a last minute late checkout after we missed our flight. The rooms were really nice and clean, with complimentary drinks and snacks. It's about a 10 min walk to the busier parts of Hanoi, so it's far enough away that there's no noise while you're trying to sleep. Id stay here again.
