I really can’t say enough about Hanoi Little Town•• hotel, and all the staff! Everyone is super helpful! Long in particular is always trying to do everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible! He really cares about his guests experiences! My wife could not make the trip with me, but came later and long, and his staff arranged a car to take me to the airport to greet her along with flowers 💐 we will be booking activities through him during our next five days here. I’m always looking forward to breakfast in the hotel! Between the buffet and the menu items, you will never walk away hungry! It has been an absolute pleasure!

The nicest rooms and the best prices of any place we’ve stayed in Vietnam, thee front desk are super helpful and booked us a tour on the Ha Giang Loop with Majestic Tours. This was the best experience we had whilst travelling and couldn’t recommend enough. The hotel itself is in great location with loads of stuff to do in every direction, staff are all so smiley and friendly and happy to help at any time of day or night!

We didn't stay here, so the rating is just based on our interactions with the staff. We intended to leave our luggage here and come back to stay here after a short visit to Danang, but the reception guy wanted to charge us extra for the small suitcase that we have, so we ended up staying somewhere else. Not sure if the reception guy was the boss or he just works there that wants to keep the extra money that he asks for; either way I'm not sure if it's good for the business.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the room was a great size, and great value for money. The staff were fantastic, offering great recommendations for places to eat and visit, and made our stay in Hanoi so much more enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, recommended.

Friendly and accommodating staff. In the heart of Old Quarter and walking (5-10mim) distance to many eateries and coffee places. 20 minute walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. We stayed 3 nights with no solid plans, hotel staff were able to recommend several activities which we thoroughly enjoyed. As well as a day trip to Ha Long Bay, added to our room charge. Pick up and drop off from the hotel lobby. Staff were very kind, rooms were very clean. Would definitely stay here again when back in Hanoi.

Amazing reception staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good selection of hot and cold buffet breakfast. The rooms are absolutely huge with some very nice furniture. I'd definitely stay again 😁😁😁

My partner and I stayed here for 6 nights and it was wonderful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the service from staff was impeccable, particularly the two front desk receptionists. Long went above and beyond to help us with our stay and he booked in additional tours for us seamlessly.

I stayed in Hanoi Little Town Hotel for four nights in September, together with my partner and his parents. We are still talking about this place and the amazing staff every day. Hannah, Lanna, Kate and all the others did everything and more to make sure our stay could not have been any better. This was not just limited to the hotel: they extensively explained their views and suggestions on tours and things to explore in the area and helped us select the best tours. They went to great lengths to arrange our lost luggage to be delivered to the hotel. They shared their favourite places to eat and drink in Hanoi which made every single meal a party. They took great care of our parents who do not speak any English. They even immediately noticed when I was feeling a little sick - my partner hadn't even noticed yet - and kept asking whether I needed anything. Two weeks later we sent our friend to Hanoi Little Town Hotel, and they made his stay an unforgettable one as well. We cannot recommend Hanoi Little Town Hotel highly enough. Thank you so much for everything, we hope to see you again soon!

We stayed here for five nights. The staff were fantastic; very friendly and even made us a takeaway breakfast when we had an early bus to catch. The rooms were spotless and had no noise from the street, despite being located in the heart of old town!

Loved this hotel -- stayed here 2 nights before and 2 nights after a Halong Bay trip and had an excellent stay in all respects. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and have nice lighting -- one had a bathtub, and the other had nice city view. (My first room had no exterior windows, as is common in the old quarter.) Great location in old quarter. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, including both the buffet and the menu items (I had the vegetarian pho). The whole staff is super friendly and professional, and Long in particular was excellent, helping me with onward travel plans and airport transfers and local advice.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice during my time in Hanoi (as bookends to my visit to Halong Bay). The staff is warm, welcoming and helpful. They were easy to communicate with before and during my stay. They coordinated pick up from the airport when I arrived, recommendations on best sites to see and timing while I was in town and arranged for car service to the airport on the way out. The hotel breakfast every day will be missed . . . it was very tasty. Offering a hot meal (choice of: pho, pancake or eggs and bacon etc made to order + a buffet of fruit and nibbles). The hotel is in the old quarter and walking distance to almost anything you would want to do in that neighborhood.

Honestly cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Little Town Hotel. Long and his staff were so incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay - helping to book tours and transport. They really care about the services they provide, and if I am back in Hanoi I will absolutely stay again. Thank you so so much for everything! ❤️

Late review, but I would highly recommend! Very friendly staff and lovely place to stay. Breakfast is really nice and the rooms are clean! Because it is such a late reply, I do forget the staff names, but everyone was so friendly and very helpful! I was here from the 29th of April to the 5th of May 2023. Hopefully, you'll be able to find out who the staff were from those dates because they were absolutely amazing and deserve a shout-out!

We only stayed 1 night but would definitely stay again! Room was clean and big and they gave us a late check-out for a small fee so we could shower and have an A/C break during the day, and let us keep our bags downstairs until our night train. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was good. Great location in the heart of the Old Quarter. Would recommend!

The best hotel you will find in Hanoi. The extremely kind staff helped us to book several trips to Ha Giang, Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, and much more. Were always helpful and I could call them whenever we bumped into something on the road. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, stay here!!!

Hanoi Little Town Hotel offers an exceptional stay marked by impeccable service. Long, an outstanding member of the staff, embodies the hotel's commitment to personalized care and attention to detail. The cozy and tastefully decorated rooms, coupled with a delightful breakfast spread, create a memorable experience. For genuine warmth, meticulous service, and a home away from home in Hanoi, this hotel, led by Long and their exceptional team, stands out remarkably.

We loved our stay here...picked at random for one night we stayed for nearly a week. When hotel was full, Long found us a other hotel for the night and moved our bags. We could walk a few minutes to the lake and we're surrounded by cafes and yummy food. Also close were all the markets. Long also recommended other places for us to stay in Cat Ba and Ninh Binh and organised a cruise. Cam on, Long!

Very friendly personal and very helpful. They offer great excursions. The breakfast is nice and is better than in some others which are more expensive. We will come again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very polite, friendly, and consistently gave the best service of any hotel or hostel I have stayed at. Even though the streets in the area can get very busy, with people walking shoulder to shoulder while visiting the street markets, I never heard any noise from the street during the time I spent in my second floor room. One of the highlights of my stay at this hotel was the breakfast. There was always tea, coffee, an assortment of fresh fruit like banana, watermelon, dragon fruit, and sometimes passion fruit,. Guests could usually enjoy toast with jam, cereal, some of the best fried rice I've ever had, or stir-fried noodles. Every morning, a guest could order one specialty dish from a menu: options included beef phở, chicken phở, scrambled eggs, and spring rolls. The staff provided me with a map highlighting nearby attractions, advised me on where to go to get the best rates on changing money (even though the service uses the same daily rates as a domestic bank), and even helped a fellow guest and I get a guided tour at a local museum. I am not a fan of the tipping culture of North America, but my time here made me glad to support the staff with a tip. Stay here for a good rest, fantastic breakfast, excellent service, and to be within close walking distance to the lake - where performances involving dancing and signing are very common, especially from Fridays to Sundays.

Excellent little hotel. Everything works, stuff you may need is easy walking and Sword Lake is walkable. Bed is good. I would definitely stay here again. In fact, I plan on it.

Super friendly staff and comfortable, quiet rooms without a curfew. In a great location and easy to get back to after a big night on the town. Rooms are clean and spacious and the complimentary breakfast makes staying the day just that little bit easier.

The perfect base for exploring the Old Quarter. Clean and comfortable rooms with very good air conditioning (a must in summer!). Restaurant and breakfast is good. The beer is very cold (another must in summer! ). The staff are warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Kate is a gem - she is a most generous, capable and intelligent person. Thank you Hanoi Little Town Hotel.

This a very good hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Kate on the front desk made our stay in Hanoi memorable with her help in organising tours and onwards travel, she even sacrificed some of her trime off to help us We stayed in 3 different rooms between our various tours, all were comfortable. Breakfasts were more than adequate with a good range of foods. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a fantastic stay! We stayed in Little Town for two nights. The staff was really friendly. The front desk lady speaks great English and was really helpful. She helped us hooked most of the traffic things in Hanoi in a decent price and also helped us out with phone data thing. The room was clean and nice while the ac was not really powerful, which is a good thing in an eco friendly way :P We have tons of thanks for the staff! Would love to come back again!

We stayed here for 3 nights with two kids. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is nice. We had a family room which looked out onto the road, but it wasn't particularly noisy. What makes this hotel excellent is the staff, who are all really very nice. Lanna in particular provides an excellent service. She could probably go on to work at a 5* place. We would def stay here again.

Last March 2023, four of us stayed at Hanoi Little Town Hotel for a week after seeing the good reviews, ideal location and attractive pricing, including good free breakfast. It was indeed a right decision. Manager Long Tran and his team were extremely helpful and friendly in advising and making our 15-day holiday in North Vietnam a great success. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable and bathroom is well equipped with hot water. Our positive experience had encouraged us to make another 15-day holiday to North Vietnam this year. With the excellent recommendations of Manager Long Tran, we had a very fulfilling holiday. You can trust Manager Long Tran to give you a very prompt advice and recommendations.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel as all the amenities you could ask for and the breakfast and coffee in the mornings was lovely. We were also able to book some fantastic excursions through the hotel that ended up being the highlights of our trip. Thank you!!
