A charming guesthouse in the heart of Hanoi. Charming staff, smiling and pleasant, young and dynamic in addition (and with great care, they even prepared a local remedy for me when I had a small cold). Lots of tips for visiting the city or the region (pushing a little on consumption, but without forcing too much). Spacious and well-equipped rooms, quiet depending on the orientation. Decent breakfast. Price in the average range.

Great travel agent and tour organiser... average hostel. Not a great atmopshere, beds are way too short for us over six foot, and they don't use the air con... Wasn't bad but wasn't memorable. Highly recommend them for booking a tour or transport though!

It was closed due to the virus hysteria. I read the note on the door at a Westerner approached and told me through the class "we're closed!" It was raining and I sat down to find another hostel on my phone. then he went to the trouble to open the door and tell me I couldn't sit there in the dry. I think I found a nicer spot. Everything works out in the end.

One of the best dorms I've stayed in, purely because the bathroom is so big and there's loads of space to put your stuff. Breakfast was average but included. Booked 2 tours (Sapa and Halong bay) at the travel agency next door which were great apart from be warned, for Sapa you really do need hiking boots, appropriate wet weather gear, etc. It would have been nice to have been forewarned about this so I could have bought the stuff I needed.

GREAT all around. The people were great. I stayed there 2 separate nights, after my trek to Sapa that they did a great job on arranging for me, and after my Lan Ha Bay trip. My AC room was good, quiet. They also arranged to have my laundry done while I was at Lan Ha Bay. All good and highly recommend. Also the location was good, central to all the action but down a relatively quiet small side street. Thank you

If you plan on taking tours and sightseeing around Hanoi, this is the place for you. The staff is very friendly and willing to help you with anything you need. There isn't much of a social/party scene between the guests, but that also allows you to get some sleep if you need it. I had to go to other hostels/bars to meet travellers.

Located within the Old Quarter, walking distance to most of the tourist sites like Hoàn Kiếm lake, St Joseph Cathedral, the prison. Clean rooms and free breakfast at affordable prices. The best part is actually the people that run or work in this hostel, especially Snowy. They're very friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Thank you so much for making my holiday an enjoyable one.

Can only be extremely thankful for the amazing service this guys offer. I stayed in a single room for two nights and booked with them the Sa Pa and the Ninh Bihn tour. The hostel is very clean, there is always someone around to help you when needed. They offered all the services such as laundry and backpack storage, and they have a bathroom with shower on the ground floor which is extremely helpful if you left your room and wanna shower in the afternoon before going to the airport or transitioning from one tour to the next. Would def go back here if in Hanoi again. Oh they also offer breakfast.

After a terrible night in a party hostel we moved here based on reviews. It absolutely lived up to review. The dorms were simple but adequate and the bathrooms were well maintained. I would rate 4 star for facilities but Snowy the receptionist deserves a 5 star rating alone! She is incredibly friendly and welcoming to be around and provides an exemplary service to all guests. She helped us with mobile phone and flight issues where we had to contact the airlines fixing a problem that we would have struggled with. We will definitely be staying again in future.

Really enjoyed my stay. Rooms are tidy and clean Hostel location is really good Breakfast is alright. Staff were really helpful and able to provide good deals on trips from Hanoi. I went on the 3 days 2 night halong bay trip.guide picks us up from the hostel. I also went on the tam coc one day tour. Worth doing.

Our private room was great, really good value for money, I'd love to stay there again next time I'm in Hanoi. It's in a great central location with all the main sights within a short walk. And the free breakfast is pretty good too. The staff were very nice (especially Win), but as most people seem to mention they do go far too hard with the tour sales, we got told that if we rushed we could see everything in Hanoi in one day which would leave the rest for daytrips. In the end we did one daytrip to Halong Bay and still didn't manage to see everything in our 4 days exploring the city. So if you are staying there keep that in mind.

Stayed in a nice private room with a giant bed and everything was fine. Cannot recommend them enough to book your travels. They helped me get to Ninh Binh and Cao Bang with very good prices and they're always available to reply to my questions by WhatsApp. Sometimes they were replying to me even when not working and got me good with companies that I would pay directly. Shout out to Win and Phong, thanks for being available at all times and answering my never ending questions

I book at the last minute because the holiday Inn express didn't want to own up to the price the was offering online after I booked it with a conformation number, they wanted to charge me double. Guess what i cancel it & got something better for a good price. Great service! Friendly staff, breakfast was pretty decent, clean rooms. When I left for a few hours & came back housekeeping had the room clean & spotless with fresh towels. Great location, walking distance from everything downtown. Pet friendly. I don't mind pets. I think that the hotel should have designate top floors for people booking with pets because of the barking and other people may want quietness. Other than that awesome hotel & I will definitely book it again

Everything clean and perfect location, but not the place to meet people at all. No common room, only a room where you can chill if you arrive to early for check in/want to leave after check out (which is nice). Small windows, dark, small rooms. Comfortable beds though. Motorbike rental seemed kind of expensive to me, try around the area for better prices :)

Absolute great service at this place. We had to replan our whole trip and we couldn't have done it without their help. They have their own travel agency so just come to Vietnam unprepared and book everything here!

Easy enough to find, quiet because it's off the main street. The aircon in the room wasn't working for our second night and they eventually shifted us to one which was cool. Snowy and friend arranged my airport transfer too. Pleasant stay at a fuss-free hostel :)

DO NOT use this place to book your Ha Long Bay tour. There is no snorkeling-None. The swimming was poor-water dirty and a girl got stung by a huge jellyfish. The lunch was inedible. We saw no monkeys on monkey island and the hike was bad. It was overcrowded terribly! The kayaking was so packed you couldn’t get away from the others. On top of it all, the guy in charge was so rude to everyone. Bummer of a day for many on the boat.

I stayed at See you at Lily's for 2 nights and had the most amazing time. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and pretty nice. The little alley it's located on is only open to motorbikes so quite "calm" in comparison to the rest of the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. But the real gem of this hostel is Van who works for the hostel but really the travel desk, she was the most helpful person to talk to about getting from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh. She went above and beyond to make sure my my transport was super easy. And ever gave me her what's app number for any advice for the rest of the country. I couldnt be more thankful to have met this sweet soul!

🫤 Let me start with the good: the location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, the breakfast is great, and the rooftop bar has great city views and happy hour deals. The staff is friendly and helpful in arranging tours, buses and transport, laundry, etc. However, in my opinion, none...
