I been at the reception the rude woman face working there shooting no foreiner here .....In Hanoi I meet the most nasty rude uneducated people in all Asia!!!Shame on you! Warning they are not specialized in treating foreigners. You need to be prepared with a translation of your problem and an vietnamese keyboard input. No one was at the information desk so i asked patients via translated texts. You have to go around the corner to the emergency room. There they did have a doctor speaking English. He understood my wish for a x-ray. He filled the form and his assistance guided me to the cashier spot. X-ray was 215.000 dong (cheaper than having a massage). After the x-ray i waited till the doctor called me for diagnosis. Be patient, it's not that bad. It's actually pretty good for that price.
