I was operated there (2019) and post operation period wasn’t good because of doctor controlled the situation not carefully enough. Just wanna update my review(2023). I've just done one more operation on my nose at another hospital, exactly the same like I had in 2019 in Hong ngoc hospital. The doctor said that the surgery in 2019 wasn't done properly. She didn't open all the sinuses, so it was one of the reason why I got problems again. Don't know about other doctors but highly don't recommend you ENT department at Hong Ngoc hospital

I’ve been there several times. They never found the cause of my problem, Every time their diagnoses were wrong. I waisted time and money.

One of the best private hospital. It has clinic at ground b1 floor and 10 floor of Landmark . For the special treatment you must go to head office at Yen Ninh street. The treatment fee is expensive, so you should have the heathcare insurance.

Doctor quality is so bad, and admin staffs seem too free and could not provide high quality service as the fees they collect. Be careful and consider before you come here.

I don't understand why this private hospital feels like going to a public hospital. Waited for a long time and he was very rude. The experience was very bad, the test results were so inaccurate that I had to spend more money to get tested 2 more times elsewhere.

Very poor and unethical service. I can't see any hospital where the conflict of interest is more obvious than this hospital. The physicians force patients to go through multiple unnecessary/risky procedures and take harmful medicine in order to earn more commission. They make very different (usually more severe) conclusions from what physicians in public, ethical hospitals make.

On the 10th floor of Keangnam Landmark Tower 72. Great and fast service. At the entrance was welcomed by a nurse which speaks English fluently, she took me through whole process of checking in at reception, seeing a doctor and finally buying a pills. Doctor and equipment they use are really good.

Clean hospital and quality doctors but some of the administration are not good, they seem disorganized.

The staff at the Thai counter was annoyed, showed up, ignored me when asked, please review the service attitude, I will never come back and advise my friends to go somewhere else.

Hqua went to the doctor and was disappointed. The doctor speaks loudly to the patient like a mother. Go to the doctor and pay properly, not beg. It's 2024, stop yelling at patients. Impolite and disrespectful to others. Will never come back.

Good service

When I went to do the medical check-up for my visa to go to Australia, it was really bad. The hospital tested me and found that I was infected (the index was only slightly above the allowable level, possibly due to errors), while I had previously tested for medlatec and was not infected. T asked for another test. The next day, the doctor and hospital still insisted they were right and said they did it twice. So, I did the Medlatec test again and even asked to pay a separate fee at Hong Ngoc for another test. In the end, because the doctor was too insistent and the hospital refused to let me test me separately, I had to bear the results for the visa. Currently, I have come to Australia, have also been tested in Australia and have not been infected.

Hong Ngoc is one of 5 hospitals chosen by the Korean Embassy to examine tuberculosis for visa applications. So I think this must be a professional private hospital. Also, many dhs like me go to the doctor's office and have a very negative attitude and are not at all dedicated to the dhs. Add in shouting and gossiping while giving instructions. Kbh I'm back

Staff attitude, not polite to the examiner, too bad

the service is so much worse compare to Vinmec. Staffs at first floor for health declaration are so rude, shouting at client, lack of guidance.

Extremely bad experience here, the attitude from the security guard, receptionist to the nurse, not all but really unpleasant.
