Went to this institution for a Covid shot and it was beyond horrible. Although the place was nice and clean, the vaccination-organizer staffs were extremely unprofessional. They asked everyone to line up for half an hour for preparation then let those who personally know the staffs legibly cut the line in front of everyone’s witnesses. Mind you, the staffs directly walked those who came later into the vaccination room by themselves like no one would mind them constantly doing so. This action is so not acceptable! Will never visit this place ever again. This is not the 2000, please train your staffs, this is not a charity home!

Viet - Russia Eyes Hospital

My wife has been introduced this hospital since her friend got eyesight surgery before. So that we planned to make the treatment here BUT EVERYTHING WAS KIND OF MESSING WITH US. Just check up my wife's condition on 26 Dec 2022 and these were happened: - First, the checkup was fine until some PA or doctor fill my wife eyes with drops but since we can't hear her well if my wife have to close her eyes or not. My wife had seconds open her eyes and the lady start to shout loudly to us. SHE MAKE THE WORD RUDELY!!! We pay a million dong and they r supposed to treated us well, not yelling at the customer. Extremely concerned about the attidude of this doctor. - Second, another doctor give us the surgery's plans with prices, She said that on December they had promotion on the price and if we would made the deposit on that month we can keep the promo to January: +) 5.000.000₫ deposit so we can have discount form 1.000.000-2.000.000₫ at last with the price marked in December +) 10.000.000₫ deposit would made us keep the lower price between Jan and Dec. We were not so clear about the promo when we back home so we contacted the Hospital Facebook but NONE of them reach us back Worst experiences!!! Never comeback. Please train your staff!
