I've been looking for a good dentist for a number of years and I have been so pleased with my treatment at serenity. With Dr Adrian I finally felt confident to have my wisdom teeth removed. They've been bothering me for a long time. Throughout the course of my treatment I felt very well looked after, safe, relaxed and happy with the care I was given. I went to Dr Adrian on a recommendation from a colleague and have since passed on his details to many more friends and co-workers who have been equally pleased. The staff who make appointments and who greet you on entry are also very friendly, professional and helpful.

If you are reading this!! Then like me you may be overwhelmed with the choice of Dental clinics in Vietnam and how they truly provide a service. I am from Australia, Middle aged and certainly needed considerable work done on my teeth. Prohibitively expensive in my home country so i decided to incorporate a Dental visit with a motorcycle journey through North Vietnam. Serenity was one of two clinic recommended to me by a Vietnamese friend living in Australia. I read many reviews on the net and decided to go with Serenity. During my month in Vietnam I had 11 visits to the clinic and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, cleanliness, quality and price provided by this clinic. From the ladies at the Front desk, the dental Assistants and the Dental doctors I was informed what when and how anything was going to happen. From best case scenario to worst case scenario. Doctor Lyne worked hard on my difficult teeth and managed to work with me for the best possible outcome I could have imagined. All the staff were courteous and Professional. I can genuinely recommend this clinic to Any of my friends and family in Australia. I will visit this clinic in the future as part of another biking holiday and to keep my teeth is the best possible condition. Outstanding Service!!!!

I had extensive dental work done here by Dr Adrian which included removal of 3 wisdom teeth, a crown, teeth cleaning and 3 fillings. From the start I could not have been happier with the service. Everything was clearly explained including time frame, price and what to expect at every appointment. Communication from the staff at the front desk and via email pre appointment has been fantastic. Photos have been taken every step of the way so I can clearly see the progress too. Thank you to all the staff for providing a great service at a great price. Highly recommended!

Going to a new dentist is always fearful; doing so in a new country is far more so. My experience with Dr. Anna has been one of the absolute best in my long history as a dental patient. The equipment used is state of the art, and Dr. Anna is not only technically exacting and fully communicative through every step, but she is truly an artist. I had four crowns, two cavities , and a root canal and it was as gentle and pain free as it could possibly be. More so than any dentist back in the states in my sixty years of seeing the dentist. I am truly grateful that my path crossed with Dr. Anne, Monica(who explained everything until I fully understood all the options, procedures, and costs, Amber, and the rest of the fine staff at Picasso. I knew I wanted these procedures done when I came to Vietnam and I would encourage both locals and visitors alike to come to Picasso for all your dental needs. I guarantee you'll be glad you did.

I went to this dentist based on the good reviews. I was having some issues with my back teeth and wanted a cleaning and checkup as to what was the issue. During the exam, X-rays and cleaning, the dentist and her assistants cell phones both continually were receiving notifications - pinging repeatedly in my ear, and the assistant was texting. I found this very unprofessional. My issue was not an obvious one like a filling falling out. I was not confident with their assessment, as it was quick, unsupported and felt more like I was being upsold because I was a tourist. The recommended procedure of two crowns did not even address one of my issues. Also, they could not give me a quote as they indicated the crowns would be between 7M to 12M dong each depending and they wouldn’t know until they got started. I opted for a second opinion at a differnt dentist and am elated I did. The new dentist identified that a large filling was required that was causing my issue. This made total sense to me and was not even brought up in the consultation here. In the end I also opted to replace an old crown with the new dentist. This process was 40% less than the lowest quote here. I am sorry - perhaps it was a bad day or the particular dentist that saw me, but my experience did not go as well as others and I would not recommend to a friend. I recommend check around.

Clinics cares little about the patients. Terrible service, be ready to wait 40’ every time you visit. Admin staff are lazy to inform you on time. Small x-ray is not functioning, you will be offered to take extra radiation exposure and make panoramic x-ray without the real need. It used to be one of the best dental clinics, but looks like its time has gone… Better look for other options.

This was the best dental experience I have ever had! Highly recommend. I have only had dental work done in Canada and New Zealand before this visit. In Canada, I never had to pay as I was covered through work. In NZ, I paid about 600 NZD for a check-up (including x-ray) cleaning and 2 fillings. At Picasso, they are very transparent. I emailed a few days before my appointment and I was booked in 2 days later with a rough idea of what the pricing would be. They also managed to fit my partner in at the same time as me. My appointment was at 1:30 and I was seen right at 1:30. I filled out some paperwork, and 10 minutes later I was talking to the doctor (I don't remember her name). I didn't have a single hesitation throughout the entire process. Everyone spoke good English, there was clear communication, and they walked me through the process step by step. The clinic was very clean, they even want you to change into indoor slippers. The doctor and hygienist were very gentle and there was very minimal pain. The main difference I noticed compared to back home was the compassion and patience I was given. I had lots of questions and the doctor gave me detailed answers and I didn't feel rushed. I came in for a check-up, cleaning and fillings. The doctor said it was not necessary for me to do a cleaning and to come back in about 5 months time. I had one amalgam filling removal and two composite fillings. I was nervous about the amalgam filling removal, but the doctor made me feel very comfortable. The whole process was pretty fast as well. I believe it took less than 2 hours from start to finish. In total: check-up, 1 amalgam filling removal, 2 fillings and 1 sensitive toothpaste = 160 NZD. In NZ, this would have cost me at least 750 NZD. I hope this review helps someone make their choice. I was hesitant at first, but I'm very glad I followed through. I don't think I will go back to a dentist back home again.

My journey started 3 years ago but was interrupted by covid. I had all upper jaw implants and 2 bottom jaw implants. The practice has been great in keeping in contact with me in Australia and I have had input and information by email promptly and clearly. The practice is spotlessly clean and hygiene practices at highest level. The sense of pride and excellence starts with the implant dentist, the general dentist, hygienist, dental assistants and the lovely girls on the front desk who interpret and make you feel at home. The costs are upfront and more than satisfactory compared to Australia. I have made great friends here and would not hesitate in recommending their services. ,

From the first time I contacted Serenity Dental Hanoi, they had been extremely helpful and friendly, they were clear on the prices and flexible for appointments. When I arrived in Hanoi I visited several practices before my final decision to have the work carried out here, their customer service at the practice was warm and welcoming, the practice itself was extremely clean and modern with state of the art facilities, everything made me feel really assured this was a great place. I had quite a lot of work done, such as crowns, bridges, fillings and veneers and quite a nervous patient but Emily and the team were amazing and so patient with me. Overall it took around two weeks to complete all my treatments with them consistently making sure I was comfortable and clear on each of the procedures carried out, they gave me great advise to create the best aesthetic look for the end result and not once did I feel in pain or discomfort, by far one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. I can not thank them all enough for the wonderful work they have done and the smile they have given me!

I never thought in a million years I would look forward to going to the dentist but that's how much I love Serenity. Dr. Huong (Rosie) has to be the best dentist in Ha Noi and Monica at reception is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. I've had extractions, dentures and cleanings... During travels my tooth fillings fell out, when I was in Hanoi. I found this dental clinic and got an appointment on the exact same day. The staff was very friendly. The dentist did an amazing job. The fillings look like there are none. Wich speaks for the dentist. I am very glad I went to this dentist. While traveling in Vietnam I had a problem with wisdom tooth and I had to get it removed. I’m very happy I found Picasso dental clinic, the staff is really nice and they are very professional, they have all the necessary equipment for X-Ray, 3D scan, even had a blood test, and of course they speak English and explained everything very well to me. The Tooth was removed successfully with no pain, and they provided my with antibiotics and painkillers for the recovery

So, I'm always raving to anyone in the US and Canada about how Vietnamese dentists are consistently better at their jobs than North American counterparts -- typically on average much more deliberate and unhurried than any Western dentist I've personally ever encountered -- and this place makes my case. It's arguably a tiny bit spendier than other Vietnamese clinics, but not by much, and the quality of the care I receive here is just top-notch. I've lived in nine countries and seen dentists in eight of those countries, and even on a global level I consider it no overstatement to call these medical professionals and their warm staff members the best dental care the world over, seriously, and in my experience it's not even a competition. They are patient and compassionate with cowards like me, attentive, polite, helpful, and affordable. Thảo, my dentist, communicates so thoughtfully and it is never less than clear that she really knows her stuff and takes her time to do it all to the best of her ability. The dental technicians are extremely competent and affable. The front-desk receptionists and staff are all very happy to help you make informed decisions about toothbrushes, future care options, and so on, without making you feel as if they're just trying to upsell you on every single thing that could possibly make them more money. The practice itself is located in a pleasant alley in Trúc Bạch and glows with a tidy, clean, modern, mellow, bright ambience. Again, I am in no way exaggerating when I assert that this place is the best dentist office I've ever been to anywhere in my whole life, and I stand by that claim, regardless of how hyperbolic it may initially seem. I am happy to consider Thảo "my dentist" and breathlessly to encourage anyone who is looking for recommendations to schedule an appointment and not even to look at the "competition."

It was my first time going to Serenity after having problems elsewhere and am so glad I came here. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The female dentist I had, was very professional and explained everything to me. Would definitely recommend.

The entire experience was wonderful and painless. This clinic is extremely modern, and my dentist (Dr. Anna) and her staff were absolutely amazing! Everyone is highly trained, experienced, and professional. And the Customer Service staff (AKA: Charlie's Angels) is professional and incredibly friendly! They put a smile on my face as soon as I walk through the door! My only regret is that I am not going to see them again for 3 months!

My experience here was superb. They spent so much time and effort in getting my teeth correct. Better than any customer service I have gotten from a dental clinic in my home country (Australia). Do not believe it when dentists in Australia try to belittle and are derogatory toward Vietnamese dental clinics because this one proved them.wrong!

Wish I knew this dentist earlier, it could have saved me thousands of dollars and time. Unfortunately, my teeth were horribly destroyed by another dentist in Hanoi. After coming back and forth over ten times in just a month but they still failed to rectify the issues, I reached out to Picasso dentist for help and I am so glad that I did. The tooth couldn't be saved as the previous dentist screwed up the root canal too badly so I had to have it removed and another implant put in. The process from consultation to the extraction and the implant surgery went really well and smoothly. I'm now having a temporary tooth that is good enough for my works, and most importantly NO MORE PAIN!!! Can't thanks you guys enough.

Approached these guys via their website messaging from Australia prior my brief stay in Hanoi. They were prompt and accomodating in scheduling. Both my partner and I had various procedures via several dentists over a couple days in my partner’s case. Very happy with the quality of advice and the procedures. Outcome is very good. Used to hate going to the dentist so much, but I have to say my visit to this dental clinic is one of the best experience for me. The staff ( big shout out to Amber ) makes me feel so comfortable, even the price for all the complicated treatment comparing to a top-tier clinic like this seems very affordable. Definitely coming back, highly recommend!!

From beginning to end the staff at Picasso were amazing. From initial contact overseas to the final product. They even paid for my cab because I forgot cash and delivered my mouth guard personally to the hotel after my treatment. Very impressed, safe, clean and professional. Highly recommend. I had 2 sessions and they fixed everything! Very affordable compared to NZ.

The prices for implants that they were offering me were more expensive than Australia. Vietnam's cost of living is much cheaper than Australia, so I was less than impressed . I think that they believe all westerners are rolling in money. This is not good for business, as I will suggest to other people to avoid this practice.

As a backpacker it is sometimes difficult to find a good dentist in another country. But I am very happy with my experience here. Everybody was very professional and spoke good english. They communicated clearly about the costs and the procedure.

Excellent customer service, speed of reply and quality of work. I am very happy with their service and would absolutely recommend them. I was in need of urgent dental treatment when I was in Vietnam on holiday and they saw me the next day and flexed to ensure I had the treatment I needed in the time I had available. I’ve been going into Picasso Dental regularly since I started my Invisalign process. I used to hate going to the dentist because it was always such an unpleasant experience, but that’s not the case at all since I started visiting Picasso Dental. From the moment you walk in the door, you can feel the difference in service as you’re greeted by energetic and welcoming receptionists who make an effort to get to know you as a person. All the dentists and nurses are so lovely and professional... Dr Rosie took the time to understand my cosmetic goals when it came to my teeth and I’m very much looking forward to achieving my perfect smile. I could not fault this dental practice in anyway. The serenity international densist takes precautions regarding the covid 19 regulations ,i am happy with the clinic all staff are professional and there is value for money . I would really like to recommend Serenity International Dental! After looking at most of the dental clinics before i left home, i chose 2 to correspond with first & then to also check out when i started my holiday in Hanoi. From the very start Serenity were standouts as Monica explainned things very clearly and was a pleasure to deal with. After an initial inspection a plan was put into place and the work began around my holiday. I had implant surgery, then a replacement crown & then 5 fillings. My dental surgeon Dr Dai was great but Dr Huong (Rosie) was exceptional also! I just really want to Thank you guys for making me feel relaxed & answering all my questions. The Biggest Thank You goes to Monica for helping me understand everything if i ever had a question & also for arranging the car to get me to the airport very late at night. I will return for crowns in November, See you guys then. Cheers!
