Had a bad experience overall at this place. Felt like everything was rushed every time I had an appointment. The first time I went, they treated me for lower back pains (which I didn't have) and charged me for it. At each appointment after that they kept asking about my back pain and I had to keep reminding them that I didn't have any. They decided to try and sell me treatments for this at every opportunity anyway. Was diagnosed with having an imbalance in my hips and told that this could be fixed with special insoles. These cost quite a bit (over 5 million) and didn't fix anything after months of wearing them. Went to a different local chiropractor in Hanoi and the problem was fixed with 2 sessions over two weeks. All I needed was a massage and stretching of the hip.

About one year ago I went to ACC for a dull aching pain in my shoulder area. It was the first time that I visited a ‘specialist’ to look at my problem so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had a consultation with the doctor and he didn’t seem to confident at describing what was causing the problem. He suggested I take 6 treatments of general adjustments with massage and airpressure. The pain had been bothering me for a long time already and I had been to general practitioners before who told me they couldn’t see anything wrong so I decided to give it a try. During the treatments I started getting doubts if I found the right doctor, it didn’t feel right and it didn’t seem like the doctor was working on the problem. He agreed that he didn’t know what was causing the pain and maybe if the treatments didn’t work I would need an MRI scan and I might have scoliosis and need surgery. Then during my fourth treatment I had a really bad adjustment to my neck and got neck pain ever since. In the beginning it was terrible, I couldn’t sit on a chair too long without getting dizzy. I contacted doctors back home and they told me not to go back their anymore, the dizziness disappeared but the pain remained. I’ve been scared to find a new doctor ever since but luckily I decided to try once more two months ago. I found a doctor who isn’t even comparable with the doctor I had at ACC, this doctor told me in the first 5 minutes exactly what my problem was. He told me the exact treatment plan and what he was going to do to fix it. It’s now been two months that I’ve been in treatment and all my pain has disappeared. Not only is this new doctor 4x cheaper than ACC, he’s 100x more knowledgeable. I don’t care so much about the money but the fact that I’ve been walking around with pain not only my shoulder but also my neck after going to a supposedly good doctor for an extra year. I waited with writing this review because I didn’t know if my symptoms could be treated. Then when this other doctor told me within 5 minutes exactly what the problem was I was amazed and to be honest angry with ACC. If it is so easy for another doctor to describe my problem and treat it with succes, than what kind of doctors are ACC employing? Point of reference of treatment cost ACC 2,2mil 1 treatment Other doctor 0,7mil 1 treatment To be honest, I wish I could give 0 stars. Just giving 1 star is already 1 too many

The first time I went there I was really impressed; everything about the place was really professional and the doctor (Eric) who I saw was excellent and his assistant spoke perfect English. I then had a physiotherapy session which was equally efficient. My second visit again was brilliant until I was charged a different price than I had been quoted for a second visit. Customer service needs to be improved so communications between staff and customers do not lead to customers feeling they are being belittled. Apart from that this is an excellent clinic, spotless, clean and modern and I have complete faith in the chiropractic side of things which is in the end the most important.

I've been super impressed with this doctor and the whole staff at ACC! After several minor scooter accidents, several other physical therapy options, I've finally found the place in town that treats the roots of the problems, not just symptoms. So thankful for this place!!! I highly recommend this to EVERYONE having any pains or injuries! Seriously, make time for visits, totally worth it!

I began attending ACC 44 Nguyễn Du shortly after a hit and run accident. I had extreme pain in my neck, head, shoulders, back, hips, knee, and wrist. After going to ACC to be examined Dr. Aubrey suggested that if the pain did not subside that I may need therapy. Since attending the last couple of months everyone there has made me feel like a long time patient. They are all professional, friendly, caring, and accommodating. My condition has greatly improved and I have recommended them to others for chiropractic care.

I went to the clinic in Jan, the therapist was Dr Gail. I went there because of my left knee tension. He quickly diagnosed that my knee joints were looser than normal, and overextension might have been the cause. He then prescribed a foot insole for my left foot only. A nurse came in and did a presentation for their very expensive insoles and the session was done. I did not get the insole and had then gone to a legit doctor, an Orthopedist. Did an MRI for my knee joint, it came out completely clear and the doctor does not recommend any insoles as my length of legs are fine, and said more unnecessary ‘treatment’ is actually worse. Ruling out a knee issue, I went to a chiropractor to relieve my back pain (which I have told Dr Gail about), got an adjustment, my knees have been fine since. The doctor visit felt very commercialized and unprofessional. It was a waste of time and money overall. Don’t go.

I had 6 sessions and here are my thoughts: The Vietnamese staff that take you for ultrasound and electro therapy are lacking a lot skills for the job. Although they are nice, they seem to have no idea what they are doing sometimes. When starting electro therapy they move the numbers up to increase stimulation and say “tell me when to stop”. I am not sure why they are asking a customer when to stop, as we have no idea what okay is for our condition hence why we are coming to a professional place. Many times you could clearly tell the muscle was tensing/lifting and too much stimulation was being applied but they have no parameter of knowledge on their job to know when enough is enough and they don’t explain anything to you to know. Once I couldn’t move my neck for three days because the stimulation was too high. I believe the staff need more training and understanding. I also heard another man complaining during his electro therapy session to the viet staff saying he doesn’t know what number it should stop at and why is she asking him. For the last ultrasound therapy I told her my pain area was my neck, shoulder and some pain in my muscles next to shoulder blade. She focused mainly on the shoulder blade the whole session, a few seconds on the shoulder and nothing on the neck? The beds that you lay on have metal pieces in them that can hurt when you put your face in it. Since your face is in these beds the whole time during your sessions, it’s important that ACC should try to find more comfortable ways for clients to not hurt their face. They are kind and do put a towel down when you mention it. Staff should try to go through the same proceedings as a customer does, to see how their face feels after and try to think of alternative ways for comfort. For my chiropractor, I had doctor Erik for 5 sessions and Dr. Aubrey for 1 session. Dr. Erik is nice but he would crack my neck and send me out in 1 minute, didn’t seem to care much in my own personal opinion. Dr. Aubrey used the warm up bed to stretch my body, gave me exercises for my neck, used a massage gun for my muscle tension and pointed out on my x-ray that I have slight scoliosis in my upper spine (which Dr. Erik never even cared to mention during my consultation?) would recommend Dr. Aubrey over Dr. Erik just from my one encounter. The Vietnamese staff at the front office downstairs and upstairs are always lovely and helpful. The massage was very good and targeted a lot of my problem areas, but it is very short.

The nurses are not that good at English, but they are happy and friendly. The chiropractic doctor I had was really good. On my second visit it didn't really take so much when he cracked my back and he said it's best not to bring more force and instead gave me a free visit later the same day and it took really good that time. A bit pricy for being in Vietnam, but certainly worth it!

The chiropractor adjusted the back too hard and that caused my left lower back pain every time I bent down. After a few years it is still in pain He never checked the back after each session but just cracked again and again every time

My dad was impending surgery for a neck condition last summer. I tried to convince my dad to try other methods. He decided to go see Dr. Wade as his final option before surgery. After a few months, the tingling in his arm stopped and the pain in his neck is now under control. He was going 3 times a week when he started, but now he only have to go once a month. I would recommend Dr Wade and his staff to anyone; they are very friendly and knowledgeable!!!

The doctors here really know their stuff! They were able to relieve my neck and shoulder pain and explain what was causing the problem. It's not cheap, but it's safe and effective- worth the money. And the staff is super friendly

I had a really positive experience at the ACC today. I came in because of neck pain and migraines and was taken care of very well including adjustments, manual therapy and physical therapy. It is always scary to be adjusted in a foreign country but I felt very safe and the quality of service was impeccable. Maybe for Vietnamese circumstances the prices are higher but I payed less than 100€ for over an hour of therapy by different practitioners, very reasonable in my opinion. Highly recommend! Also some of the nurses and reception staff speak a little bit of German which was an added bonus.

ACC was recommended by a medical specialist and I was impressed by the professional treatment and care extended by Dr. Aubrey and the entire team. I’ve had chronic back pain and during the treatments, there were recognizable pain relief and continued improvements. Special thanks to Dr. Aubrey and his assistant Ms. Trang and physical therapist Ms. Minh for the personalized treatments and care. Highly recommend ACC for Chiropractic treatments.

I went to ACC Clinic for lower back pain and the guy checked for my body during 2 minutes only, asked me to do an X-ray of the pelvis (which was unneeded because I knew I had a pelvic tilt) and wanted to charge me very expensive services (around 1.5 millions every day during 3 weeks + around 10 millions for soles). He also advised me to use their machine to do spine decompression for 3 weeks, which can easily be solved with simple exercises thanks to Youtube. When you think about it, you understand this is ridiculous and, actually, you realize how some uneducated and unskilled people deliver health care. Usually, in my country which is more advanced in osteopath and chiropractor practices, practitioners focus on understanding the whole body, take time and connect the different body parts. They care for patient's health and not money. The practitioner was also quite unfriendly, which doesn't support a good care of people. I finally solved my problem thanks to postural restoration in 2 sessions. That's the first time I am writing a review on Google but that guy is such an imposture; people need to be aware of it.

After suffering weeks of back pain from several long flights I received treatment from the clinic. The relief I felt was almost immediate. I cannot thank the staff and doctor enough. I’ve been able to resume my travels and activities with no limitations. I would recommend this clinic without hesitation.
