So disrespectful it's disgusting. They play terrible music outside in the street making everyone's windows shake in the whole neighbourhood.

Suitable for men and woman

Unprofessional manager and staff. Many rude guests. Chaos. The Staff doesn't have any ability to resolve the conflict between guests in the fitness studio. Today one guest came to my girlfriend while she was on the treadmill for her training and asked her to leave the treadmill for his round. He said that it's not allowed to use the treadmill more than 20 min. Hey? What the ...? My gf informed the manager also the staff this case and hope to receive an apology from that rude male guest but we were disappointed. They said we have to resolve this conflict ourselves, and it should be outside the studio. It's not their business. We will never come back here again.

100% recommended. Excellent gym within the budget, almost this gym has all the equipment for cardio and weight training with latest machine, lot of space and the best part is its not over crowded. The staff is very helpful.

5 floors with a lot of equipment. Went twice during my stay- once in the evening (crowded) and once in the day (empty). Only about $2 to get in is a great deal. But no AC!! And there’s certain parts like on the foam mats that you are not allowed to wear shoes.

Place is ok, it has all of the stuff that one needs Actually had all the equipment that I needed, that part was great !!! It also had a bunch of cardio equipment I am not giving this a 5 start review because it so so unorganized Please get folks to rack their weight

We went for a one off session and it was a good session. 50,000 each (worth it). The only down points were the cleanliness of the toilets and showers. I wouldn't choose to shower here. Took a padlock and used a locker to store my bag. Didn't see any water facilities.

70k per day, I love this gym, the people are warm and friendly, the equipment is in excellent condition, there is no air conditioning, but there are plenty of fans. grateful for what you are. 💪🏽💛

Best local gym in the old town area! For 50000 dong for a day pass you get a lot of machines and free weights. If you are not afraid of a little bit of rust this gym is perfect! You will be able to train like at home. A lot of benches a few squatracks and even a calisthenics area on the rooftop! Loved it!

One of the better gyms in Hà Nội i’ve Been in and i’ve tried 4 near me. Good range of equipment and I like how the layout of equipment is split between floors (cardio, resistance machines, free weights, studio). Only thing is could do with better air con but for 50000 for a day pass, can’t complain. Also it’s Hà Nội so wherever you are and you’re in a gym, you’re going to sweat a lot

800k for a month. Has everything you need but some of the equipment is old and worn.

Was here two times during my stay in Hanoi. 70 k per day is fine. The gym got 3 floors. Stuff is not super welcoming but I mean for me it’s fine because I’m not looking for new friends there. Rating 4 out of 5 because the weights and dumbbells are partly missing or are literally broken. It was not clean at all and for sure some equipment is totally damaged. In general you will find most of the important stuff there.

Gyms in Hanoi are generally either superexpensive or very rundown. This is a great compromise. 50k for one training, they have all the equipment you'd normally need and there's enough space. A bit dirty but acceptably so.

Great gym over 6 floors you have plenty of maschines an free weights even 2 squatracks, more than enough to get a good workout in. The daypass costs 50.000 dong an is well worth it. There is no ac just a few fans, if you like a raw HOT old school gym this is your gym.
