Amazing facilities, lovely staff, best gym I've seen in Hanoi... But the music is awful! So loud, so terrible. I would like to be able to listen to my own choice of songs on my headphones, but the volume of the music in the gym means that's impossible. Even in the sauna, I can still hear Katy Perry singing about how much she wants to get laid, or some brainless LCD European dance music about "feeling it", "party-party-party-party", or "make-some-noise!". There are no silent hours for those of us over the age of 18 who don't want or need such terrible music pumped into our brains, and no escaping it (the free-weights area is connected to the machine area so you're getting that "music" whether you like it or not). I leave with a headache every time!

Great gym! Plenty of space; wide range of weights, cardio machines, etc. It's the place to go if you want to workout in Hanoi.

Great gym with brand-new equipment, free water, sauna and yoga and dance lessons. One of the best gyms I've been to and totally worth investing.

The range of equipment is excellent. There is also a matted area for martial arts. The gym is relatively clean and comfortable but towels are not part of the standard membership. Haven't tried the classes.

New and good machines. Personal Trainers are available all the time. They also have both english speaking and vietnamese speaking trainers.

I haven't had the best ecperience here lately. The sauna barely works, the gym closes at 9 from Monday to Saturday and 8 on Sunday instead of 10 like it used to, prices have gone up as well. Equipment lacks maintenance. The staffs are friendly and helpful though. It's still a decent gym.
