An amazing gym in Hanoi. They have a one day pass and weekly pass for short stay on the city. (The weekly pass was really cheap). The staff was super helpful and friendly. All the equipments you require for an intense workout are in this gym. Olympic weights, heavy dumbbells, lots of squatting racks. They will provide you a key for your locker.

Can't deadlift more than 100kg here, even if you use the deadlift platform and floor panels. The staff will tell you that it's too loud or you're threatening the structural stability of the building. Go to Tiny world at vincom instead, you'll be able to lift there

Can’t drop weights, can’t lower from knees, can’t make any sound on the Olympic weightlifting platform.

Super Nice Gym. Not too many Machines but free weights.There are also a lot of Trainers who you can ask if you have any Questions. Super friendly Staff especially Anh Hong . What a nice Woman ! I wrote to the Gym on Facebook Messenger to get some Information about the price and the Timetable and she offered me 1 Week free Training! I couldn’t believe it and thought it was a joke, but it wasn’t.Again Thank you very much , I will definitely come back next Time when im in Hanoi !

don't go here if you plan to make noise. Wanted to like this gym very much but they're very anti-Olympic weightlifting here. why purchase the platform though?

Small gym center, only 3 running machine, but one alway in broken. Nice decor and staff. Another machines in good condition. Free coach service if the first time you come here

Bought a two week pass in May for $25 or something around there. I traveled for 15 weeks and saw maybe 20 different facilities. This one was my favorite. It has a focus more toward free weights and Olympic training. If you prefer machines, then it may not tailor to you.

Fairly inexpensive with showers, toilets and locker

Don’t recommend this gym. Regret buying membership there and a package of 6 sessions. First, the coaches were always late and frequently rescheduled our sessions, sometimes 2 hours before the session. Once, the coach just didn’t come. Managers promised that it would never happen again, but a new coach did the same. And after all, the coaches aggressively tried to make me buy a package of 36 sessions for 22 million saying that I have serious problems 😅 I think that’s definitely not me, who has serious problems. Second, the club had to relocate to a new place in November. I asked for refund in the middle of November 2023. I’m not satisfied with the new location. Now it’s January 4th. They know my bank details but nobody still hasn’t refunded my money. I’m so tired of their poor service , I don’t want to spend any second to negotiate with them anymore. May my comment warn other expats and prevent them from buying membership in this gym. You will spend your money and get poor service back. All you will get is- many sorry from their managers and no measures and you will definitely waste you time negotiating with them.
